CNN Airs Homophobic Rant on Roger Stone's Prison Time...AGAIN

If you tend to watch the commercials that mainstream media have made for themselves in recent months, you would get one, singular impression:  That every news station is the only one telling the truth.

“Facts” and “truth” have been the premiere marketing buzzwords for mainstream media PR agencies, who are living in a world where the President routinely has to correct the White House press stable whose facts are, by default, a little more dated than the Commander in Chief’s may be.  CNN’s “Facts Matter” slogan is just one such example of the blatant push to legitimize a company whose funding comes from the same corporate interests who’ve muddied the waters of the Washington Swamp.

If we’re unable to at least admit those facts, we have no chance of growing past this oligarchical system we’re obliviously meandering around in.

So, in order to keep those corporate interests happy, CNN has to keep the ratings up.  The best way to keep the ratings up is to produce salacious and addicting content, filled with inflammatory emotion.  (It’s the same reason that reality TV is so invasively popular).

And that is why we have been subjected to, on more than one occasion, homophobic rants on the possible sexual assault of Roger Stone in prison.

CNN again publicly fantasized about that “dandy” Roger Stone getting raped in prison.

This time, it was David Gergen, one of the far-left network’s ancient analysts, who has not said anything interesting or insightful in decades. His job is to pretend to be a Republican and then bash Republicans in the way his media masters demand.

“Roger Stone must also worry that if he goes there — you know, he’s seen as something of a dandy — will he be physically safe? Will he be subject to rape?” Gergen said. “I mean, there must be a lot of things are going through his mind.”

And that wasn’t the first time either.

This is the second time a CNN leftist has planted the seed of Stone’s prison rape in the public’s mind.

Late last month, CNN anchor and anti-Trump activist Jake Tapper, in an obvious reference to prison rape, said Stone “might like” prison.

“No one’s going to cry if Roger Stone goes to jail or when he goes to jail,” former Obama adviser Jen Psaki said of Stone.

“He might like it,” quipped Tapper.

Psaki laughed and added, “He might. Who knows?”

Such a bigoted and insensitive narrative has no place in our homes, let alone while pumping corporate propaganda at us and using our own emotion to keep us watching.

Shame on CNN, and shame on those who advertise with them.
