AOC and Nancy Pelosi are Tearing the Democratic Party in Half

Thanks to the mainstream media ripe divisiveness, and President Trump’s incredibly pointed ability to polarize liberals, the democratic party may very well be knocking on death’s door.

You see, the left is tearing itself to shreds over “what to do about” Donald Trump – an elected President.

First, they wanted to nullify the 2016 election by insisting that the Russia government had somehow affected the outcome.  This effort is still ongoing in some capacity through the continued efforts of congressional leaders such as Jerry Nadler, despite the White House’s outright opposition to any and all attempts.

Now comes an attempt at impeachment.  Maybe.  Or maybe not.  Or definitely.

This glut of confusion comes to us courtesy of the divide among democrats as to where to go next.  The old guard, represented all too perfectly by Nancy Pelosi, is hoping to stave off the proceedings until after the 2020 election, fearing the mighty blowback they’ll receive at the polls.

The fresher faces of the party, however, are unafraid of the doom that impeachment proceedings will bring to their careers and character.

When asked about impeachment, and whether or not it is time for Congress to begin the harrowing process, freshman Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez responded in stark contrast to Pelosi.

Ocasio-Cortez said, “You know, I trust the Speaker is taking a measured approach to ensure that we’re moving everyone forward and, you know, being a Speaker is hard, holding this party together is a difficult task, but I personally think so. I think we have to move forward.”

Pelosi is having none of it.

In a separate meeting with the Democrat Steering and Policy Committee, Rep. Steve Cohen (D-TN) reportedly stood up and demanded Trump’s impeachment.

“This is not about politics, it’s about what’s best for the American people,” Pelosi said, replying to Cohen.

Although Speaker Pelosi and her Democrat leadership allies have insisted that the majority of House Democrats do not want to impeach the president, she faces increasing pressure from the most hardcore Democrat colleagues.

If Pelosi can’t properly herd these wayward sheep back into her establishment flock, 2020 could be one of the last elections the the democratic party ever sees.
