Avenatti’s Bad News Gets WORSE with MASSIVE Trove of Indictments

Avenatti is suddenly in far more trouble than he originally imagined.

Michael Avenatti

Despite Michael Avenatti’s own purported legal qualifications, the celebrity lawyer is facing and enormous bevy of charges that could land him in the clink for quite a long time.

The “creepy porn lawyer”, as he was famously labeled by television host Tucker Carlson, was central to the bizarre story of Stormy Daniels – an adult video actress who claims to have participated in an affair with Donald Trump a dozen years or so ago.  Upon Trump’s election to the White House, Daniels emerged from relative obscurity to sue the sitting President in a move that was widely understood to be a publicity stunt to drum up interest in the aging actress’ exotic dancing tour.

Avenatti painted himself into the stereotype of the combative, sleazy lawyer throughout the affair, appearing more often on television than even his supposedly “famous” client.

Now, the “creepy porn lawyer” is himself in the hot seat, and facing a whole slew of charges; 3 dozen to be exact.

In a sweeping expansion of the criminal charges against Michael Avenatti, a federal grand jury has indicted the Los Angeles lawyer on 36 counts of fraud, perjury, failure to pay taxes, embezzlement and other financial crimes.

Avenatti stole millions of dollars from five clients and used a tangled web of shell companies and bank accounts to cover up the theft, the Santa Ana grand jury alleged in an indictment that prosecutors will make public Thursday.

And, as if the charges themselves weren’t damning enough, the nature of Avenatti’s crimes is despicable.

One of the clients, Geoffrey Ernest Johnson, was a mentally ill paraplegic on disability who won a $4-million settlement of a suit against Los Angeles County. The money was wired to Avenatti in January 2015, but he hid it from Johnson for years, according to the indictment.

In 2017, Avenatti received $2.75 million in proceeds from another client’s legal settlement, but concealed that too, the indictment says. The next day, he put $2.5 million of that money into the purchase of a private jet for Passport 420, LLC, a company he effectively owned, according to prosecutors.

The Department of Justice is expected to hold a press conference in the coming hours in order to better address the massive expansion of charges against Avenatti.

Resistance Agitators Deface Trump Hollywood Star with Profane Putin Parable

The “resistance” is but a symptom of our sick society, and we are running out of time to turn it around.

The “resistance” to President Trump is nothing more than a symptom of a sick society, and none of us are completely innocent. We’ve fallen victim to the mainstream media’s “infotainment” whims for so long that we no longer resemble the nation were were built to be.  Instead of free thinkers, focusing on liberty and pursuit of happiness, we’ve shuffled ourselves into tiny little boxes marked “red” and “blue”, or “democrat” and “republican”. And I get it, it’s exhilarating to argue on the internet with one another and gain those bits of validation from our peers, but we are producing a much larger problem than the hurt feelings on Facebook.  We are falling victim to the sensationalism of the mainstream publishers because, now, thanks to social media, we are all publishers. It is this false dichotomy that created the “resistance” to President Trump, and it’s the “resistance” who are dragging our national state of mind back into the early 1860’s, as evidenced by the latest defacing of President Trump’s Hollywood Walk of Fame Star. We must warn you, the language ahead is profane. President Trump’s Walk of Fame star got a fresh coat of paint, but he ain’t gonna be thrilled about it … because it was spray paint and it spelled out … “Putin’s Bitch.” Trump’s star was attacked again early Wednesday morning, and TMZ has the footage of the vandals in the act. Around 3:40 AM … one guy — who appears to have blonde hair — sprayed a coat of black paint over the star. Then, in white paint, he added his coup de grace. There was another man with the vandal … shooting photos and/or video. The graffiti is alluding to a widely held conspiracy theory among opponents of the President that the Oval Office has somehow been compromised…

President Trump Contradicts Mueller Report on Key Democratic Concern

The President is claiming that Don McGhan’s sworn testimony in the Mueller report is a lie.

The fight over the public perception of the Mueller report has been raging in Washington and on television for the last several days, and there looks to be no end in sight. The media is doing their thing, whatever that thing seems to be.  They are dividing the nation up into easily definable segments as a way to pit us against each other, because an angry America makes for great ratings. Politicians are certainly doing their part as well, with democratic lawmakers insisting on a nonstop issuance of subpoenas to those involved in the report’s manufacture, as well as some legal requests from way outside the realm of RussiaGate. Amid all this, the President is standing firm in his insistence that there was “no collusion, no obstruction”, even going so far today as to cast doubts on the authenticity of the testimony of his own aides. President Donald Trump denied Thursday he ordered White House Counsel Don McGahn to fire Special Counsel Robert Mueller. “As has been incorrectly reported by the Fake News Media, I never told then-White House Counsel Don McGahn to fire Robert Mueller, even though I had the legal right to do so,” the president wrote on Twitter. “If I wanted to fire Mueller, I didn’t need McGahn to do it, I could have done it myself.” Trump noted that ultimately Mueller was not fired and was allowed to complete his investigation, even though there was no crime to investigate. Robert Mueller’s report on Russian interference on the 2016 election contained sworn testimony from McGhan to the contrary, and this is one of the key points of the democratic party’s renewed interest in the possibility of charging the President with obstruction of justice.
