Believe all women!

Most of the time.

Sometimes.

Every now and then.

One of those things has to be true.

Michael Avenatti wholeheartedly believed Christine Blasey Ford and his own client Julie Swetnick when they accused Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault.

In fact, Avenatti was one of those people who thought other people were evil if they didn’t believe Ford and Swetnick.

But now Michael is supposed to be presumed innocent after he was arrested for allegedly beating his girlfriend?

Hmm. It’s a funny world isn’t it, Mike?

The crazy part?

Avenatti might get off with nothing more than a misdemeanor.

From Associated Press:

The Los Angeles district attorney declined to prosecute attorney Michael Avenatti on felony domestic abuse charges on Wednesday and referred allegations that he roughed up his girlfriend to the city attorney for a possible misdemeanor case.

Avenatti, 47, was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic violence last week after his girlfriend told police he abused her at his Los Angeles apartment following an argument.

A restraining order against Avenatti was issued after actress Mareli Miniutti said he dragged her by the arm across a bedroom floor.

After losing to President Trump in court and allegedly beating a woman, Avenatti’s law firm has now been evicted.

Does he still think he has a legitimate chance to earn the Democrat nomination in 2020?

Probably.

A judge affirmed his order Friday to evict Michael Avenatti’s law firm from a California office building for skipping out on $213,000 in rent over four months.

Judge Robert J. Moss affirmed his October 22 order in Orange County Superior Court that Avenatti and his staff leave their ocean-view suite in a Newport Beach office building by Monday, despite a last-ditch effort by the attorney to block the eviction ruling, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Avenatti jumped in on the Kavanaugh fiasco by putting forth a client who claimed she was a sexual assault victim.

Remember Julie Swetnick?

She and Avenatti were referred on criminal charges to the DOJ by Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA).

Avenatti has lost all credibility entirely – if he had much to begin with.

From Fox News:

Michael Avenatti, a Trump critic and the attorney for adult film star Stormy Daniels, was reportedly arrested Wednesday on domestic violence charges.

A report against Avenatti regarding an alleged encounter on Tuesday was filed by his estranged wife, TMZ reported, citing law enforcement sources.

Stormy Daniels lost her defamation lawsuit aimed at Trump.

This was a big win for Trump. It is likewise a crushing blow for Avenatti and Daniels.

Daniels was then ordered by the judge to pay Trump’s legal fees.

From Fox News:

President Trump on Tuesday assailed adult-film star Stormy Daniels’ lawyer Michael Avenatti, who is mulling a 2020 presidential run and is one of the president’s most vocal critics, after a federal judge tossed a defamation lawsuit against the president on Monday.

After the court win, Trump fired off a tweet referring to Stormy as “Horseface”:

Stormy responded by calling Trump “tiny,” as a way to slight his manhood:

Enter Avenatti, who says 45 is a “liar” and “shyster”:
