Bette Midler ‘Slut-Shames’ FLOTUS for Previous Modeling Work

Bette Midler just broke one of the cardinal rules of feminism to insult and degrade the First Lady.

It seems that the bleeding hearts on the left are moving further into a world of “selective outrage” by the minute, and Bette Midler’s latest stunt proves it.

Midler has long been a feminist voice for the liberal left, putting her significant celebrity status behind a number of well-meaning, (if not bizarre), bouts of activism.  In the Trump Era, however, it seems that Midler has eschewed some of these previously held beliefs in the pursuit of petty and pedantic insults being hurled toward the White House.

Her most egregious comments to date came this week, as the “feminist” icon engaged in a filthy bout of “slut shaming” aimed at First Lady Melania Trump, singling her out for her successful career as a fashion model.

Actress Bette Midler smeared Melania Trump Wednesday, posting an old modeling photo of the First Lady and labeling her “FLOTITS.”

“The dry cleaning bill for the upholstery on Air Force One must be insane. ” Bette Midler wrote in a social media post including a photo of Ms. Trump from when she was a model.

This is merely the latest publicity stunt by Midler, who this week used incendiary and evocative language to both compare republicans to Nazis and to belittle the plight of those who survived The Holocaust.

Midler’s post about the First Lady came just hours after she suggested that White House officials probably “wanted to gas” asylum seekers on the border.

“We hear pushed back on measures favored by immigration hardliners against the asylum seekers at the southern border…they probably wanted to gas them. Mildest of kudos to her for standing up to , & , and . Buh-bye,” she said.

Had these attacks been launched from the right, instead of from Midler’s mouth, you can be certain that the reaction in the mainstream media would have been far different.

‘Aquaman’ Jason Momoa Tells Chris Pratt Not To Use Plastic Water Bottles; Pratt Responds With ‘You’re Completely Right.’

Liberal Hollywood actors have a tendency to think more highly of themselves than they ought, and nothing points out this inflated ego than one crusader for a cause scolding a fellow actor for doing something that violates their delicate belief system. Which is precisely what happened when “Aquaman” star Jason Momoa took a swipe at his colleague, megastar Chris Pratt for using a plastic water bottle in a post he put up on social media. Here’s more from Daily Wire: Thankfully, however, Pratt diffused the situation with a gracious response, and Momoa followed that with a follow-up post calling Pratt an “inspiration.” “Bro [I] love [you] but [what the f***] on the water bottle,” Momoa complained in the comment section. “No single use plastic. [C]ome on.” The purpose of Pratt’s post was part of a collaboration with Amazon: “You’re probably wondering why I’m standing here, low key flexing, gazing into the distance… well, turns out I’m teaming up with [Amazon] to show you guys everything I use for my workouts, keeping active, and all that fun stuff to get you prepped for 2020,” the movie star captioned the gym photo.   View this post on Instagram   You’re probably wondering why I’m standing here, low key flexing, gazing into the distance… well, turns out I’m teaming up with @amazon to show you guys everything I use for my workouts, keeping active, and all that fun stuff to get you prepped for 2020. #FoundItOnAmazon #Amazon #Ad http://www.amazon.com/chrispratt A post shared by chris pratt (@prattprattpratt) on Dec 3, 2019 at 8:46am PST Pratt responded with, “Aquaman! Superstar rap artist Kanye West, who has been all over the news for the last few months due to his open proclamation of Christian conversion, recently opened up about the making of his latest album set to be released soon, “Jesus Is King,” saying he told employees working on the album they had to abstain from pre-marital sex. West also went on to slam pornography saying it’s “not okay.” Here’s more from The Daily Wire: “When collaborating with others on ‘Jesus Is King,’ West set up some lifestyle guidelines that they would have to abide by in order be part of the project,” Billboard reported. “Yeezy asked others to fast during portions of creating and also not partake in any premarital sex at times, which he knew would receive some blowback once it became public.” “There were times where I was asking people not to have premarital sex while they were working on the album,” West told Lowe, noting, “When people pray together and fast together, the power is increased.” The 42-year-old explained that he no longer views himself as a “slave” to the music industry, but as a “free” “son of God” spreading the gospel. West went on to talk about how he feels he has now been called to spread the gospel with his platform, noting how he used to talk about high fashion, alcohol, and others things that had a profound impact on his life. But now, however, all that’s changed. Jesus is what he’s all about now. “Now that I’m in service to Christ, my job is to spread the gospel, to let people know what Jesus has done for me. I’ve spread a lot of things. There was a time I was letting you know what high fashion had done for me, I was letting…
