Bill and Hillary Condemn President Trump for “Aiding” Khashoggi Murder Coverup

The democratic frame of mind seems to have sent the Clintons off the deep end in regard to Saudi Arabia.

In our modern political world, it seems as though we are falling victim to the absolutism that occurs in tribal societies.

Either you are with us, or you are against us, no matter what middle road exists.  A or B, Republican or Democrat, right or left…these all boil down to a paradigm that by its very nature is untenable.

It’s this friction and this pressure that keep society balanced, however, and is a very necessary part of remaining sovereign.  Without dystopia, there can be no utopia.  Diversity of thought is how we as a species can ensure this.

So when we delve into topics such as foreign relations, these absolutes tend to exaggerate themselves.  Now, you not only have to maintain a reasonable stance on subject A, but also on all of the close friends of subject A.  Such is the case in the United States’ complicated relationship with Saudi Arabia.

Something Bill and Hillary Clinton are purporting to know more about than the sitting President, even going so far as to accuse Trump in metaphorically “aiding” in the cover up.

The Clintons — speaking at the Scotiabank ice hockey arena filled with empty seats in Toronto, Canada, Tuesday evening — took the opportunity to bash Trump’s support for Saudi Arabia and accused him of being part of the “cover-up” of Saudi dissident Jamal Khashoggi’s murder.

“What makes this so troubling is how much commercial interest both the president’s family and business and his son-in-law’s family and business have with the kingdom,” said Hillary Clinton.

“We have a president who is the part of the cover-up as to what happened in that consulate or embassy when Mr. Khashoggi was murdered,” she added.

Former President Bill Clinton said the U.S. “compromised” its place in the world under Trump and went on to defend his North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).

Donald Trump has publicly stated that the United States will remain in its current strategic partnership with Saudi Arabia, drawing criticisms from many around the world.

California Bar’s Side Hustle: Fake COVID Vaccination Cards

Police were able to buy several of the phony cards last month.

As we begin to enter into whatever this new “normalcy” will be in the coming weeks, there are concerns among some that unvaccinated Americans could soon be treated like second-class citizens in their own country. This has already been a bit of an issue in certain industries, with airlines pushing hard to establish a coronavirus vaccine passport system, and several major league sports venues having declared that they will segregate the vaccinated and unvaccinated fans who attend their games. This has now spurred a strange side hustle for one California bar. The owner of a San Joaquin County bar was arrested this week for allegedly selling fake COVID-19 vaccination cards. Investigators say the operation ran for weeks out of the Old Corner Saloon in Clements, which has a population of 941. The local sheriff’s office got a tip that fake vaccine cards were being manufactured and sold out of the bar, complete with laminations. The investigation was fairly cut and dry. Investigators with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control then took over. “Undercover agents with our Special Operations Unit were able to purchase multiple cards in April,” said Luke Blehm, deputy division chief at the Alcoholic Beverage Control. “As a result, we also observed several sales of fraudulent COVID-19 vaccination cards to other patrons,” Blehm said. The owner of the bar was selling the cards for only $20.

Ron DeSantis Trolls Mainstream Media with Bill Signing Stunt

The outrage came quickly.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has long been a thorn in the side of the liberal left, and this week is certainly no different. DeSantis on Thursday signed one of the strictest voting enforcement bills in the nation, in a move that has been applauded by conservative groups around the country. Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida signed new voting legislation into law on Thursday. It enacts restrictions on voting by mail and at drop boxes, which Democrats and activists warn could suppress voter turnout. DeSantis, a Republican, signed the bill, which was passed by the GOP-controlled legislature last month, live on Fox News’ “Fox & Friends” during an interview with the show’s hosts. Throughout the week, the governor had been holding more formal bill-signing ceremonies across the state as he signed bills into law. DeSantis argued that the bill protects the “integrity and transparency” of Florida’s elections and that after the 2020 election, which was successful, the changes will keep the state “ahead of the curve,” echoing the message Republicans have used for months to push back on criticism of their legislation. But DeSantis’ choice to bar all media outlets except for Fox News was controversial. https://twitter.com/stevebousquet/status/1390268388493103104?s=20 https://twitter.com/jayobtv/status/1390274698370551810?s=20 https://twitter.com/RedWingGrips/status/1390300886031798272?s=20 https://twitter.com/stevebousquet/status/1390285632761733123?s=20 DeSantis also made headlines on Friday for providing every law enforcement officer in the state with a $1,000 bonus.
