BOOM! Piers Morgan Let’s Every Liberal Know That President Trump WILL Be Re-Elected In 2020

And this is coming from a guy who isn’t exactly conservative…

Piers Morgan agrees with President Trump from time to time.

The Brit is extremely anti-gun and saw his CNN show fail impressively, yet still, he believes Trump is well on his way to re-election in 2020.

In an op-ed published Thursday by The Daily Mail, former CNN host Piers Morgan made the case for why you can “forget the polls” because “rampaging Trump’s going to win easily in 2020 unless Democrat ostriches drag their heads out of the sand and wake up to reality.”

Noting that most of the polls “don’t look good for Donald Trump” in key states, and the news was bad enough that the Trump campaign recently felt compelled to fire some pollsters, Morgan says none of that matters. The reason was apparent in Orlando Tuesday.

“[W]hen Trump launched his 2020 campaign on Tuesday night in Orlando, Florida, I didn’t sense I was watching a guy who’s going to lose,” writes Morgan. “In fact, I got the complete opposite feeling. Trump exuded the confident all-conquering swagger of someone who defied all polls and logic last time, and fully intends to do so again.”

A survey of 1,000 Likely Voters were polled over the course of two days.

They were asked who they would vote for in 2020 if President Trump faced off against Democrat Socialist Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

The result is pretty frightening.

From Rasmussen Reports:

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that, if the 2020 presidential race was between Trump and Ocasio-Cortez, 43% of Likely U.S. Voters would vote for Trump, while 40% would vote for Ocasio-Cortez. A sizable 17% are undecided.

The plus/minus on this poll is three percent. Meaning, AOC could be tied with Trump.

There’s good news, though. You need 2,000 people to conduct an accurate poll.

Also, a person has to be 35-years-old to be president. Ocasio-Cortez is only 29.

When even AOC is admitting there’s a good chance President Trump wins re-election in 2020, you just know Dems are in big trouble.

She admitted it on Sunday morning.

AOC then went on to talk about the “rule of law,” if you can believe it.

Battered Woman In Jail For Not Having Concealed-Carry Permit After Shooting Father Of Children Who Attacked Her

Published

on

A 29-year-old woman is still behind bars after shooting the father of her children in self-defense, all because she did not have a concealed-carry permit for the weapon she possessed. The man, meanwhile, has been released on bond. Police told the Herald & Review that the woman in question had a shunt in her head from a previous injury, thus a blow to that area of the body could prove to be fatal. In response to the assault, the woman shot the man out of self-defense. TheBlaze has the latest: The man was hospitalized for a shot to his right side, the paper said, adding that police contacted the woman who voluntarily came to the police station for questioning. Sgt. Chris Copeland told the Herald & Review the woman had several injuries to her face from the man battering her. The man was arrested and is facing preliminary charges of domestic battery and unlawful vehicular invasion, the paper said, adding that he posted $10,000 bond. But the woman — who’s not facing charges for the shooting — is facing a preliminary charge of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon for lack of a concealed carry license, the Herald & Review reported. She was being held in lieu of $75,000, the paper added. This same scenario happened just last week when a woman in Chicago was attacked by a teenager who tried to take her property. The woman was charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon because she didn’t have a concealed carry license.

Impeachment Articles Against President Trump Approved By House Judiciary Committee

Published

on

In a pair of party-line votes, the House Judiciary Committee approved two articles of impeachment against President Trump Friday morning. TheBlaze has more information on how things went down: One article of impeachment is for alleged abuse of power in his administration’s interactions with Ukraine earlier this year, the other is for obstruction of Congress during the House’s subsequent investigation into the Ukraine controversy. Both were introduced by House Democrats earlier this week. The committee voted on each article of impeachment separately, passing each by a party-line vote of 23 to 17, with Democrats in favor and Republicans opposed. Friday morning’s vote came after two days of heated committee deliberations over the articles, during which Republicans offered multiple amendments to the language, none of which were adopted. On Thursday evening, committee chairman Jerry Nadler decided to stop the proceedings and move them to the next morning, stating that he wanted to give legislatures time “to think about what has happened over these last two days and to search their consciences before we cast our final votes.” Republican Doug Collins slammed the decision, referring to it as a “bush-league stunt,’ saying he and his colleagues were not consulted on the changes that were made. Nadler made a few quick remarks after the vote, saying “today is a solemn and sad day,” and that “the House will act expeditiously” on the matter of impeachment. https://twitter.com/ABCPolitics/status/1205513763991900161
