BREAKING: Trump Makes Huge Announcement About Iran Deal

This is huge!

President Trump held a press conference this afternoon where he announced that the United States would be pulling out of the Iran nuclear deal, keeping an important campaign promise he made back in 2016.

Trump stated that the deal was terribly written and that if it was allowed to remain in place, “there would soon be a nuclear arms race in the Middle East.”

The president went on to say the deal was an “embarrassment” to himself and to all citizens, especially since “at the height of leverage” this deal gave the regime “many millions of dollars in actual cash.”

During his speech, Trump called the Iranian regime “the leading state sponsor of terror” that “funded its long reign of chaos and terror by plundering its own people.”

He also said that the Iran deal was built on “fiction,” citing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu‘s presentation of Isreali evidence of Iran’s government still working toward building a nuclear bomb.

Here’s a bit of information about the Iran Deal to freshen your memory on why this whole thing was a bad idea:

In 2015, the Obama administration signed a deal with the government of Iran. Under the rules of the deal, Iran would reduce its stockpile of uranium and stop working on building a nuclear bomb, and in return the U.S. would lift decades-old sanctions on Iran.

This is yet more proof that President Trump is more than up to the task of being our nation’s Commander-in-Chief, having pulled out of this deal and also worked toward successfully denuclearizing North Korea.

As much as it might pain the left to admit it, Trump might actually know what he’s doing when it comes to dealing with folks outside of our country, and as such deserves props for accomplishing his agenda.
