Democrat Claims Obama Secretly Directing Biden Admin's Disinfo Team
Throughout much of the Biden administration, there has been a sort of sordid curiosity regarding just what level of involvement the Commander in Chief has in the day to day operations of his own White House.
Biden’s age and mental state have been consistently under scrutiny during his time in the White House, as he continues to fumble over his words and be directed around by staff, (some of whom do so from the confines of an Easter Bunny costume).
Now, adding fuel to the fire, former Democratic Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard is suggesting that former President Barack Obama may have some undue influence on the White House as well.
Former Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard suggested that former President Barack Obama is behind the effort to establish a Disinformation Governance Board, which she likened to George Orwell’s famed “Ministry of Truth.”
“Biden is just a front man,” Gabbard said on Twitter Sunday. “Obama, April 21: social media censors ‘don’t go far enough,’ so the government needs to step in to do the job. Six days later, Homeland Security rolls out the ‘Ministry of Truth’ (aka Disinformation Governance Board).”
Obama’s take on disinformation was recently reiterated during a speaking engagement.
Gabbard, a Democrat, was referencing Obama’s speech at Stanford University last week, where he argued tech companies have a hard time moderating content on their own and called for more oversight.

Obama said he believes employees at the companies “are sincere” in trying to moderate violent content and hate speech, but argued more needs to be done to help the companies limit such posts.
Biden’s new Disinformation Governance Board has been criticized by freedom advocates for its potential for infringing upon the First Amendment.
