Detroit Files Lawsuit To Countersue BLM Protesters For ‘Civil Conspiracy’

Published

It looks like the city of Detroit is about to give Black Lives Matter protesters a bit of a smackdown after a group of organizers from the group filed a lawsuit against the local government.

Detroit has filed a lawsuit of their own, countersuing for “civil conspiracy.”

These radical BLM fascists deserve to have the entire book thrown at them for all of the damage they have done to communities across the country over the course of the year. Sadly, liberal governors and mayors have let a bunch of these people get away with looting, rioting, and various acts of violence for reasons that remain unexplained.

Detroit’s suit alleges that demonstrators who participated in the racial justice protests this summer were a part of a “civil conspiracy” in which they attempted “to disturb the peace, engage in disorderly conduct, incite riots, destroy public property,” and resist police orders, among other “illegal acts.” The suit was filed in September, about a month after activists filed their own suit, alleging Detroit police officers “repeatedly responded with violence,” according to theIntercept.

The city has accused the protesters of defaming police officers, although the city isn’t suing for defamation outright.

It also claims the protesters, specifically the umbrella collective, Detroit Will Breathe, shouldn’t be considered as protected under the First Amendment because “the protests in Detroit have repeatedly turned violent, endangering the lives of police and the public.” The city has pointed to officers injured during protests to support this claim, which it says include “cracked vertebrae, lacerations, and concussions,” however, the city does not specify how each injury occurred or who injured them.

The filings allege that on multiple occasions, protesters were “destroying and defacing public property,” though only two examples are given, which include a broken police car window and a statue that was defaced with spray paint.

James Craig, Detroit Police Department Chief, was actually named as the defendant in the lawsuit filed by protesters. Craig has referred to these individuals as “criminals” and “misguided radicals” who are guilty of “inciting violence.

Craig has also gone on to say the BLM movement is “coordinated,” “planned,” and “financed” by “Marxist ideology.”

Clearly, this is a man who understands what we’re actually up against. There is quite a bit of evidence to support the idea that the Black Lives Matter movement is receiving quite a bit of money from billionaire George Soros to help fund their activities. Soros is a notorious supporter of radical left-wing ideas, so it’s possible he’s helping to fund these folks to make chaos in the world around us.

Russia Completely Censors Navalny News After USA Issues Threat

Is Putin hiding Navalny to avoid further condemnation from the US?

Published

As Vladimir Putin continues to work up his reputation as the world’s most despicable and despotic leader, it appears as though he does have some jitters when it comes to dealing with the mighty USA. Over the course of the last several weeks, the two superpowers have exchanged a number of insults and threats, centered around any number of issues – all of which are of Putin’s own doing. First, US President Joe Biden went ahead and told the world that he believed Putin to be “a killer” – a statement that reportedly irked Putin to no end.  And then there were the hack attacks against the United States that saw Biden slap a number of hefty sanctions on Moscow. Now, as anti-Putin journalist Alexei Navalny continues a slow and agonizing march toward death at a Russian prison camp hospital, Biden and the US government have warned Putin that his demise could brings a world of pain to the Kremlin. This has pushed Putin to enact a total blackout of news on Navalny’s condition. Russian state TV has imposed a virtual blackout on coverage on Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny amid claims he could die at “any minute” in a prison hospital. The imprisoned 44-year-old, a prominent critic of President Vladimir Putin, has been on hunger strike and there are planned protests in 77 cities as a show of support. The protests on Wednesday will coincide with Vladimir Putin’s key annual state of the nation address to parliament. The Russian Government have said the protests are illegal. Putin and Biden had briefly considered a summit meeting to discuss this latest dissonance, but there is no telling where those negations stand after this latest malfeasance by the Russian government.
