Imagine if she was liberal…

Go ahead and publish an egregious article and only edit it once called out by conservatives who are paying attention.

Is that the new philosophy at “The Boston Globe?”

If not, how else did this ridiculously heinous article make it all the way through the process?

It’s pretty terrible.

From Daily Wire:

The Boston Globe found itself in hot water on Wednesday after publishing an opinion piece from a man who said he regretted “not pissing” on a Neo-conservative pundit’s food and encouraging waiters to “tamper” with the food of outgoing Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen.

The article, titled “Keep Kirstjen Nielsen unemployed and eating Grubhub over her kitchen sink,” was written by Luke O’Neil, a former waiter and occasional writer for the Globe. The article now has an editor’s note at the top and has been stealth edited for “tone.” The article originally began:

One of the biggest regrets of my life is not pissing in Bill Kristol’s salmon. I was waiting on the disgraced neoconservative pundit and chief Iraq War cheerleader about 10 years ago at a restaurant in Cambridge and to my eternal dismay, some combination of professionalism and pusillanimity prevented me from appropriately seasoning his entrée. A ramekin of blood on the side might have been the better option, come to think of it, he always did seem really thirsty for the stuff.

On Sunday, Neilsen submitted her resignation to President Trump.

Trump commented and announced her acting replacement:

Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen will be leaving her position, and I would like to thank her for her service….

….I am pleased to announce that Kevin McAleenan, the current U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner, will become Acting Secretary for @DHSgov. I have confidence that Kevin will do a great job!

It’s a day ending in “y,” so 2020 Democrat frontrunner Joe Biden said something silly. It’s just par for the course, at this point – like a tweet from President Trump. It’s just going to happen. The fact that the former vice president, who has yet to be endorsed by Barack Obama, still has trouble stringing along basic sentences, is troubling. Unless you’re a Democrat. In that case, everything is fine. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, told The Post, saying the virtual broadcasts were not helping. “We need action immediately, and Biden can’t do anything real right now.” Here’s more COVID-19 randomness, via Twitter… https://twitter.com/TheFirstonTV/status/1243943188202741760 https://twitter.com/5thYear/status/1244003547605348352 https://twitter.com/TMZ/status/1243996304444923904 https://twitter.com/Breaking911/status/1243989599128563713 https://twitter.com/HardFactorMark/status/1244018816780324865 https://twitter.com/TMZ/status/1243981209807532032 https://twitter.com/darrenrovell/status/1244018174347153412 https://twitter.com/barstoolsports/status/1244010121568456706 https://twitter.com/TMZ/status/1243986977340325893 https://twitter.com/HKWORLDCITY/status/1243865641448169474?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1243865641448169474&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dailywire.com%2Fnews%2Fwatch-senior-who-official-avoids-taiwan-question-talks-about-china-abruptly-ends-interview%3F%253Futm_source%3Dtwitter%26utm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_campaign%3Ddwtwitter https://twitter.com/TMZ/status/1244006484754583552 https://twitter.com/BroBible/status/1244012697135370240 https://twitter.com/BNODesk/status/1243965506983428096

China Likely Lying About COVID-19 Deaths, Photos Shows Thousands of Urns [Report]

How will they spin this one?

It was reported on Friday that the United States overtook China and Italy with the most confirmed cases of coronavirus. But why would anyone (except for the left-wing mainstream media) believe the Chinese are reporting their numbers accurately? Don’t fall for it, y’all. From Bloomberg: The long lines and stacks of ash urns greeting family members of the dead at funeral homes in Wuhan are spurring questions about the true scale of coronavirus casualties at the epicenter of the outbreak, renewing pressure on a Chinese government struggling to control its containment narrative. The families of those who succumbed to the virus in the central Chinese city, where the disease first emerged in December, were allowed to pick up their cremated ashes at eight local funeral homes starting this week. As they did, photos circulated on Chinese social media of thousands of urns being ferried in. CONTINUED: Outside one funeral home, trucks shipped in about 2,500 urns on both Wednesday and Thursday, according to Chinese media outlet Caixin. Another picture published by Caixin showed 3,500 urns stacked on the ground inside. It’s unclear how many of the urns had been filled.
