Despite conceding on election night, Gillum is back in play for the governorship.

Likewise for Nelson and his Senate seat.

Lawyers for Florida Democratic gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum and U.S. Senate candidate Bill Nelson fought on Friday to allow a non-citizen’s vote to count in the state’s election races.

A transcript obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation of a Palm Beach County Canvassing Board proceeding revealed the exchange between the Democratic lawyers and the judge.

A judge says the county violated the constitution of the Sunshine State.

Here’s the scoop…

From Local 10:

A judge ordered Broward County Supervisor of Elections Dr. Brenda Snipes to allow immediate inspection of voter records during an emergency hearing Friday.

The court was asked to intervene in the tight U.S. Senate race between Democratic U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson and Republican Florida Gov. Rick Scott as the two sides prepare for a possible recount.

Judge Carol-Lisa Phillip said Snipes must allow inspections on or before 7 p.m. Friday evening. Phillips found that Snipes violated that law by failing to turn over the information to attorneys for Scott’s Senate campaign and the National Republican Senatorial Committee.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) doesn’t like what he sees.

Rubio, one more time:

A citizen captured video of people transferring ballots in a rented truck.

The huge problem is the lack of a chain of custody.

Another video:

People were seen transferring ballots without any security in sight.

Florida voter JoAnne Knox posted the following to her Facebook page:

Gather around voters;
Want to hear a story about what I witnessed at a Broward County polling site in Plantation, Fl, District 23, late last night?
At approximately 5:30 pm, I asked to witness the closing/tabulation of the vote. At first, they blew me off, and told me I had to wait for an official to arrive to make the decision.
At 6:30ish, I went back up and said I wasn’t asking anymore, I was now demanding to be able to observe.
The lady was nice enough and agreed to let me in when they closed.
At a little after 7, she called me to the door, but made me wait until the last voter had left.
By the time I was allowed to finally enter, (around 7:25) they had already started packing up and had pulled the tabulation tapes from the scanners.
What I witnessed for the next hour was a room full of people, operating 3 different precincts in the same room, frantically packing everything up and running around looking for things.
Where’s the zero starts?
Where’s the digital drives and the cases.
Who has the phones? Etc.
Packing/signing/bagging/boxing.
It was crazy.
One lady even asked me if I wanted to help. ????
They just wanted out. Quickly.
What struck me the most was the total lack of “chain of custody”.
Everything got sealed with thick plastic zip tie type fasteners.
There were green, red, and blue ones and they did have numbers on them, but, it didn’t seem to matter what color went on what and I did not see anyone logging what number zip tie sealed any given thing.
These ties were also used to seal the blue bags filled with the paper ballots
And, one thing that really stuck with me was the fact that ziplock bags of these ties were just laying around on the tables for any one to take. I kept thinking that there really was nothing guaranteeing that those ballot bags couldn’t be opened and resealed (with no way of anyone knowing).
Once they posted the results on the door, I started photographing the Congressional race tallies
It took a little while, but when finished, I headed out to my car.
As I was leaving, 2 women carrying a box marked “provisional ballots”, and a woman with a small cart that had a ballot bag on it came walking back towards the precinct building.
I was curious and asked them if they were allowed to just walk around with that stuff.
One lady told me “the truck left these out there.”
I thought, WTF?
So, of course, I took their photos.
As I turned away from them and headed out to the parking lot, I noticed there was a truck at the far end of the parking lot.
Did she not just tell me it had left?
I then noticed a long line of cars lined up leading to that truck.
Watch the video of what was happening.
At the very least, this system is extremely flawed and open every way to Sunday for the possibility of nefarious shenanigans to take place.
At worst, nefarious shenanigans ARE taking place.
Please make note that our votes are being loaded into a rental truck, not a State Official truck, heading off to parts unknown.
Please also note that some of the cars delivering the ballots to the truck only have one person in them. Rules dictate that ballots are never to be handled by fewer than 2 election officials at a time.
I also believe that these ballots are supposed to go straight from the precincts to the Supervisor of Elections warehouse, not driven to another precinct.
I wish I would have waited and followed the truck. How do we even know these ballots ended up where they were supposed to?
This is absolutely absurd and needs to be rectified.
Election integrity in this County is a joke.
This is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.
PS Please excuse the ground shots.
It was so dark where I was standing, I could barely see my screen.

Harrowing Tale of Week-Long Bear Attack is a Hoax, Say Investigators

Well this is embarrassing.

It was only a few days ago that the world became familiar with a truly stupendous tale out of America’s last frontier. A man, stranded at a remote cabin in the Alaskan bush, was being haunted and hunted every night by a vicious bear, after being mauled ever so slightly on his first day on site.  His rescuers arrived after a week of these nightly attacks, and only after the stranded man was able to create a plea for help large enough to be seen by the air. The only issue with the story is that the whole thing appears to be made up, at least according to local researchers.  While the story went viral worldwide and more details came to light about the incident, some community members began to express concerns and doubt about the veracity of the tale. The cabin [Richard] Jessee took refuge in, as it turns out, was not his. It belonged to a fellow miner, though Jessee’s cabin sat only a few yards away. “We went out there to the cabin, but we couldn’t find a bear track within 500 feet of the place, but it should have been all torn up, according to his story,” said one anonymous source known to the Nugget. “There’s no hair, no tracks, no scat, nothing.” And also… The Coast Guard crew delivered him to an ambulance in Nome, which took him to Norton Sound Health Regional hospital. “We were told to get a man who had been mauled by a bear,” said Jim West Jr., the Nome Volunteer Fire and Ambulance chief. “He walked off the helicopter and walked into the ambulance. He had no animal bites and wasn’t bleeding.” Local police do admit that the area is known for its bear population, however, and the traumatized Jessee is…

USPS Delivers Defiant Message to White House Regarding Vaccine Mandate

This is a slap in the face to the Biden administration.

Published

on

According to the Biden administration, trouble is coming, and it will arrive in the form of another prolonged economic downturn and possible lockdowns, if we don’t somehow get this “delta” variant of COVID-19 under control. The issue, according to many medical experts, is that this mutated version of the primary coronavirus pandemic strain, is spreading too rapidly among the unvaccinated, and without a significant number of Americans suddenly deciding to get inoculated in the near future, we may not reach “herd immunity” for months. Now, in an effort to speed up the stagnating vaccination rate, President Joe Biden is set to announce that all federal workers should be vaccinated, or face a grueling COVID testing protocol that was intentionally designed to be uncomfortable. The United States Postal Service isn’t taking the news lying down, however. The influential American Postal Workers Union on Wednesday said, at this point, it opposes a coronavirus vaccine mandate from the Biden administration but encouraged workers to voluntarily take the jabs. “While the APWU leadership continues to encourage postal workers to voluntarily get vaccinated, it is not the role of the federal government to mandate vaccinations for the employees we represent,” the union said in a statement obtained by Fox News. The union did not immediately respond to an after-hours email from Fox News. The union said in the statement that the safety of its workers is “of paramount importance” but “at this time the APWU opposes the mandating of COVID-19 vaccinations.” The Biden administration’s mandate will not be 100% iron clad according to sources familiar with the matter, but, rather, would be an incredibly strong suggestion with some terribly annoying hoops to jump through to abstain.
