GOP Cancels Long List of Judicial Nominees Because Jeff Flake is Voting With Dems

At this point, it is blatantly obvious why Arizona Senator Jeff Flake decided to retire after one term.

He’s not a friend of the Trump administration in any way or shape.

Now, because RINO Flake wants Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) to hold a vote that will ensure Special Council Robert Mueller is allowed to complete his Russia with hunt unimpeded, he’s causing a lot of problems.

Flake must not love his country or he’s never going to let go of the hate he feels for Trump.

Why else would he side with Democrats and not vote for constitutionalist judges?

Flake is considering a 2020 primary challenge against President Trump.

Jeff Flake is not ruling out a GOP primary challenge to President Donald Trump in 2020, telling Politico and The Hill Friday that “somebody needs to run.”

The retiring senator from Arizona said he hasn’t yet decided whether that “somebody” will be him.

“I’ve not ruled it out. I’ve not ruled it in. Just, somebody needs to run on the Republican side,” Flake told the outlets on Friday.

“I hope somebody does [run], just to remind Republicans what it means to be conservative and what it means to be decent. We’ve got to bring that back. You can whip up the base for a cycle or two but it wears thin. Anger and resentment are not a governing philosophy.”

Flake will partner with Democrat Sen. Chris Coons to get back at Trump.

Flake’s anti-Trump agenda continues to this day and will probably continue for years to come.

From The Hill:

Sen. Jeff Flake (Ariz.) on Thursday urged fellow Republicans to condemn an immigration-themed video President Trump released as part of an effort to stoke his base ahead of next week’s midterms, calling the ad “sickening.”

Meanwhile, President Trump’s overall approval rating just hit 50%, which is quite high considering the majority of news coverage of the commander-in-chief is negative.

An even more interesting statistic should have Democrats very worried about the midterm elections.

Black support for Trump has now hit a whopping 40%.
