Here We Go: Federal Gov’t May Probe Dem Party for Voter Fraud (Details)

Just the start…

Florida 2018 is just as wild as Florida 2000, as far as elections go.

Thanks to Broward and Palm Beach Counties, the people of the Sunshine State still don’t officially know the names of their next governor and senator.

Now, the federal government may begin probing the Florida Democrat Party, citing “voting irregularities.”

In other words, voter fraud.

From Daily Wire:

Federal officials may be looking into charges that the Florida Democratic Party changed dates on “on forms used to fix vote-by-mail ballots sent with incorrect or missing information,” Politico reports.

Although the Florida recount examining ballots cast in both the Florida Senate and Florida gubernatorial race has been a series of massive — and often very public — errors, from allegations of misplaced and mishandled ballots to vote-counting machines being pushed so far beyond their limit they’re overheating, so far there have been only a few allegations of true “vote manipulation,” and this is the first allegation to be referred to the federal government.

The Florida Department of State says it flagged a series of “irregularities” in documents filed last week — “cure affidavits” designed to help voters fix mistakes they believe they might have made on absentee and mail-in ballots. Those affidavits were supposed to have been mailed in before Election Day and postmarked before November 5th.

While Republicans Ron DeSantis and Rick Scott were thought to have won the state’s gubernatorial and Senatorial elections, it now appears votes are being found out of thin air.

A judge says the county violated the constitution of the Sunshine State.

From Local 10:

A judge ordered Broward County Supervisor of Elections Dr. Brenda Snipes to allow immediate inspection of voter records during an emergency hearing Friday.

The court was asked to intervene in the tight U.S. Senate race between Democratic U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson and Republican Florida Gov. Rick Scott as the two sides prepare for a possible recount.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) doesn’t like what he sees.

Rubio, one more time:

A citizen captured video of people transferring ballots in a rented truck.

The huge problem is the lack of a chain of custody.

Another video:

People were seen transferring ballots without any security in sight.

Florida voter JoAnne Knox posted the following to her Facebook page:

Gather around voters;
Want to hear a story about what I witnessed at a Broward County polling site in Plantation, Fl, District 23, late last night?
At approximately 5:30 pm, I asked to witness the closing/tabulation of the vote. At first, they blew me off, and told me I had to wait for an official to arrive to make the decision.
At 6:30ish, I went back up and said I wasn’t asking anymore, I was now demanding to be able to observe.
The lady was nice enough and agreed to let me in when they closed.
At a little after 7, she called me to the door, but made me wait until the last voter had left.
By the time I was allowed to finally enter, (around 7:25) they had already started packing up and had pulled the tabulation tapes from the scanners.
What I witnessed for the next hour was a room full of people, operating 3 different precincts in the same room, frantically packing everything up and running around looking for things.
Where’s the zero starts?
Where’s the digital drives and the cases.
Who has the phones? Etc.
Packing/signing/bagging/boxing.
It was crazy.
One lady even asked me if I wanted to help. ????
They just wanted out. Quickly.
What struck me the most was the total lack of “chain of custody”.
Everything got sealed with thick plastic zip tie type fasteners.
There were green, red, and blue ones and they did have numbers on them, but, it didn’t seem to matter what color went on what and I did not see anyone logging what number zip tie sealed any given thing.
These ties were also used to seal the blue bags filled with the paper ballots
And, one thing that really stuck with me was the fact that ziplock bags of these ties were just laying around on the tables for any one to take. I kept thinking that there really was nothing guaranteeing that those ballot bags couldn’t be opened and resealed (with no way of anyone knowing).
Once they posted the results on the door, I started photographing the Congressional race tallies
It took a little while, but when finished, I headed out to my car.
As I was leaving, 2 women carrying a box marked “provisional ballots”, and a woman with a small cart that had a ballot bag on it came walking back towards the precinct building.
I was curious and asked them if they were allowed to just walk around with that stuff.
One lady told me “the truck left these out there.”
I thought, WTF?
So, of course, I took their photos.
As I turned away from them and headed out to the parking lot, I noticed there was a truck at the far end of the parking lot.
Did she not just tell me it had left?
I then noticed a long line of cars lined up leading to that truck.
Watch the video of what was happening.
At the very least, this system is extremely flawed and open every way to Sunday for the possibility of nefarious shenanigans to take place.
At worst, nefarious shenanigans ARE taking place.
Please make note that our votes are being loaded into a rental truck, not a State Official truck, heading off to parts unknown.
Please also note that some of the cars delivering the ballots to the truck only have one person in them. Rules dictate that ballots are never to be handled by fewer than 2 election officials at a time.
I also believe that these ballots are supposed to go straight from the precincts to the Supervisor of Elections warehouse, not driven to another precinct.
I wish I would have waited and followed the truck. How do we even know these ballots ended up where they were supposed to?
This is absolutely absurd and needs to be rectified.
Election integrity in this County is a joke.
This is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.
PS Please excuse the ground shots.
It was so dark where I was standing, I could barely see my screen.

Fauci Appears to Downplay Concern Over Omicron Variant

But days after similar statements arrived from South African doctors who were actually treating patients.

For months and months, Dr. Anthony Fauci has been earning his nickname of “Dr. Doom”, as he continues to expound on the threat of COVID-19 and its variants with increasingly alarming language.

The sheer gloom of Fauci’s alleged revelations have been cause for criticism, particularly among conservative like Senator Rand Paul, who has quite the penchant for excoriating the spectacled epidemiologist.

But now, as the omicron variant continues to spread in the US and beyond, Fauci’s demeanor has taken a turn toward the trite.

President Joe Biden’s chief medial adviser, Dr. Anthony Fauci, told CNN’s “State of the Union” that scientists need more information before drawing conclusion’s about omicron’s severity.

Reports from South Africa, where it emerged and is becoming the dominant strain, suggest that hospitalization rates have not increased alarmingly.

“Thus far, it does not look like there’s a great degree of severity to it,” Fauci said. “But we have really got to be careful before we make any determinations that it is less severe or it really doesn’t cause any severe illness, comparable to delta.”

Fauci wasn’t ready to lift any travel restrictions just yet, however.

Fauci said the Biden administration is considering lifting travel restrictions against noncitizens entering the United States from several African countries. They were imposed as the omicron variant exploded in the region, but U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has blasted such measures as “travel apartheid.”

“Hopefully we’ll be able to lift that ban in a quite reasonable period of time,” Fauci said. “We all feel very badly about the hardship that has been put on not only on South Africa but the other African countries.”

Americans have long felt as though they’ve been in the waning stages of the coronavirus pandemic as a whole, and this latest news of weakening variants could be seen as one of the final nails in the viral coffin.

‘RUST’ SHOOTING: Alec Baldwin Not Out of The Woods Yet, Says Santa Fe District Attorney

Baldwin has suggested that he won’t be charged, but the local DA has other ideas.

Published

The story surrounding the shooting death of cinematographer Halya Hutchins continues to grow stranger by the day, and a district attorney in New Mexico just dropped a major bombshell in the direction of Alec Baldwin.

Baldwin was rehearsing for a scene when the firearm he was holding discharged live ammunition, killing Hutchins and injuring others.  The gun somehow had a live round in it, despite there being a number of ethical and legal reasons why this should not have been possible.

To further confuse things, Baldwin has wildly suggested that he never pulled the trigger of the gun – something that experts are going to have to find a way to prove in order to clear Baldwin’s culpability.

Now, a local litigator has suggested that Baldwin should be prepared for the worst.

On Friday, First Judicial District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies clarified that it is still very possible for Alec Baldwin to be “criminally culpable” in Hutchins’ death depending on what the investigation yields.

“Certain individuals may be criminally culpable for his/her actions and/or inactions on the set of Rust,” Carmack-Altwies told Deadline.

Carmack-Altwies asserted that she will “exercise my prosecutorial discretion to its fullest, including filing charges that are supported by probable cause.”

The possibilities are numerous.

The district attorney further clarified that “everyone” handling firearms on the set of Rust had a duty to follow safety protocols.

“Everyone involved in the handling and use of firearms on the set had a duty to behave in a manner such that the safety of others was protected, and it appears that certain actions and inactions contributed to this outcome,” Carmack-Altwies the attorney said.

During the interview in which Baldwin suggested that he never pulled the trigger, he also insinuated that he’d spoken with the local sheriff’s department, and that there was some sort of understanding between he and them regarding the lack of charges to be brought.
