It is looking more and more likely that the Supreme Court will allow the citizenship question to be added to the 2020 census.

Democrats are likely to erupt, while conservatives will stand and clap.

Here’s more information about what’s going down, from Bloomberg:

Key U.S. Supreme Court justices seemed inclined to let the Trump administration add a question about citizenship to the 2020 census in a clash that will shape the allocation of congressional seats and federal dollars.

In an 80-minute argument Tuesday that was both technical and combative, Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Brett Kavanaugh directed almost all their questions to the lawyers challenging the decision to ask about citizenship. Kavanaugh said Congress gave the Commerce secretary “huge discretion” to decide what to ask on the census.

Opponents say a citizenship question could result in a census undercount in areas with large non-citizen populations that could shift congressional districts and federal funds away from those communities.

Far-left Justice Sonia Sotomayor noted, “There’s no doubt that people will respond less. That’s been proven in study after study.

Stay tuned…

As most conservatives are well aware, Obamacare was unconstitutional from the start considering it originated in the Senate.

Now, an appeals court has ruled in the Trump administration’s favor on a major issue.

What this means is the Supreme Court may wind up ruling on the Redistribution of Wealth Act’s Affordable Care Act’s legality before the 2020 presidential election.

In other words, it’s kind of a big deal.

One woman was rumored to be in the running for the SCOTUS seat that went to Brett Kavanaugh.

As it stands, President Trump has nominated two judges to the Supreme Court, both of whom made it through the entire process – Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch.

Now, if Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s seat becomes available 45 knows exactly who he’ll nominate to replace her.

From Daily Wire:

President Donald Trump has reportedly told those close to him that he is “saving” Judge Amy Coney Barrett to take Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s seat if it becomes available.

According to Axios, Trump has told multiple people: “I’m saving her for Ginsburg.”

Liberals have offered up vital organs to Justice Ginsburg as she recovered from broken ribs and the removal of tumors.

They have a feeling, given her advanced age, that President Trump may soon be appointing his third Supreme Court nominee.

Anti-Trump filmmaker Michael Moore decided to mock Christians by using an RBG doll as his Christmas tree topper in 2018.

You know, because absolutely everything has to be political!

Trump Destroys Washington Post For ‘Fake News’ About Battle With ‘The Squad’

This is why people love Trump.

President Trump took to Twitter on Sunday and Monday to do what he does best and completely annihilate the Washington Post over “fake news” report about his battle against radical leftist congresswomen now known as “The Squad.” The Washington Post plastered as story on their front page with the headline, “A Twitter storm and its aftermath,” which takes a deep look at the aftermath of Trump’s “racist” tweets telling Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, and Ayanna Pressley to “go back” to their countries of origin if they hate America. However, it’s important to note that such a statement wouldn’t make a whole lot of sense seeing as how only Omar was born outside of the United States. Here’s more from The Daily Wire: “The Washington Post Story, about my speech in North Carolina and tweet, with its phony sources who do not exist, is Fake News,” Trump tweeted Sunday. “The only thing people were talking about is the record setting crowd and the tremendous enthusiasm, far greater than the Democrats. You’ll see in 2020!” He followed that tweet by repeating a phrase that’s become one of his refrains about how the media treats him: “Presidential Harassment!” The president then once again emphasized why he has singled out the Squad: “I don’t believe the four Congresswomen are capable of loving our Country. They should apologize to America (and Israel) for the horrible (hateful) things they have said. They are destroying the Democrat Party, but are weak & insecure people who can never destroy our great Nation!” On Monday, the president tweeted the following: “The Amazon Washington Post front page story yesterday was total Fake News. They said ‘Advisors wrote new talking points and handed him reams of opposition research on the four Congresswomen.’ Now really, does that sound like…

Justice Department Watchdog Claims To Have Evidence Comey Secretly Investigated Trump

Comey’s a total snake.

When it comes to the investigation into possible Russia collusion concerning President Trump’s 2016 campaign, there’s a lot of unanswered questions, especially when it comes to the folks who were deadset on pushing this narrative in the media and tarnishing the president’s reputation. One of those questions has to do with why former FBI Director James Comey was privately telling Trump that he was not the subject of an ongoing probe, while also refusing to say that same thing out in public. That refusal is what sparked Comey’s termination from the FBI, the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller, and the whole charge that the president obstructed justice. Well, it seems there might be an answer emerging from the shadows, thanks to a Justice Department watchdog. via Real Clear Investigations: Now an answer is emerging. Sources tell RealClearInvestigations that Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz will soon file a report with evidence indicating that Comey was misleading the president. Even as he repeatedly assured Trump that he was not a target, the former director was secretly trying to build a conspiracy case against the president, while at times acting as an investigative agent. Two U.S. officials briefed on the inspector general’s investigation of possible FBI misconduct said Comey was essentially “running a covert operation against” the president, starting with a private “defensive briefing” he gave Trump just weeks before his inauguration. They said Horowitz has examined high-level FBI text messages and other communications indicating Comey was actually conducting a “counterintelligence assessment” of Trump during that January 2017 meeting in New York. Along with the addition of notes of his meetings and the phone calls he conducted with Trump to the official FBI case file, Comey also had an agent at the White House that reported to FBI headquarters with information…
