Hillary’s Troubles Multiply as Judge VERBALLY EVISCERATES Her

What a terrible, no-good week Hillary Clinton is having.

Hillary Clinton

For much of America, Hillary Clinton was easy able to create a villain of herself in the run-up to the 2016 election.

No, it didn’t take Donald Trump nicknaming her “Crooked Hillary, either.  Clinton’s reputation wholly preceded her after her callous and cold politicking was exposed to the world via the realtime judgment of the internet.

When Wikileaks decided to sink her, she may have already been sunk, is what I’m saying.

But Wikileaks did not pull any punches.  They let loose a trove of emails from within her campaign that proved beyond a shadow of a doubt the conniving nature of the former Secretary of State.  Her ruthless perversions of the DNC’s bylaws were exposed to the American people just weeks before they voted, and their voices on election day were a referendum on Hillary’s nonsense.

As the nation waits patiently for justice in the case of the former First Lady, one judge has now set the tone for the upcoming litigation of Clinton….and it ain’t pretty.

On Thursday, a federal judge ordered further investigation into officials’ handling of Hillary Clinton’s private email server during her four-year tenure as secretary of state. Her use of an unapproved, unsecured private email server, he said in the blistering ruling, is “one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency.”

OUCH.

The ruling revolves around a Freedom of Information Act suit brought by a conservative government watchdog. Judicial Watch, U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth ruled Thursday, should be given access to documents and be permitted to acquire additional testimony about Clinton’s use of a private server and officials’ failure to be transparent about information searches related to it.

This comes at a tense time for Hillary, who was recently the subject of yet another scandal involving Clinton Foundation whistleblowers coming forward to further sully the name of the supposed charity.

THE NUMBERS ARE IN: Florida has Lowest COVID Rate in the Nation

Well, would you look at that.

If Governor RonDesantis isn’t planning to shove this in everyone’s face for a while, we’d be surprised.

Florida, a state that has been the bane of the liberals’ existence in recent months due to their freedom-first coronavirus precautions, now get to gloat.  And bigly.

In mid-August, Florida was averaging about 25,000 new cases a day, or about 116 for every 100,000 residents. That was the worst rate in the U.S. — and one of the worst in the world. Awash in the hypercontagious Delta variant, the Sunshine State became one of the epicenters of the global pandemic.

During the past two months, however, Florida’s daily average has plummeted by more than 90 percent, to about 1,700 cases, or eight for every 100,000 residents. That’s roughly half of California’s current COVID rate and less than a quarter of Vermont’s. Hawaii (with nine cases for every 100,000 residents) is the only other state in single digits.

DeSantis has been absolutely adamant about allowing Floridians to choose the level of risk that they wish to take as it pertains to COVID-19, and has barred businesses and institutions from enacting vaccine or mask mandates.  This has gained him a great deal of criticism from the liberal left, who have insisted that the Governor is being reckless.

This is unconscionable.

Any time that someone dies on a movie set, you have to know that something has gone terribly, unforgivably wrong.

These sets are microcosms of the work of enormous and wealthy companies who are lawyered up to the gills, wading around in an industry where someone else’s misfortune is not to be squandered by the competition.

Nothing should ever go wrong on a movie set, if not for these simple facts alone.

That is why the latest details in the shooting death of a cinematographer last week are so damning.

The crew member responsible for overall safety on the set of Rust has admitted he didn’t properly check the gun that Alec Baldwin fired on October 21 and killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

“During an interview with David Halls, when Affiant asked David about the safety protocol on set in regards to firearms, he advised, ‘I check the barrel for obstructions, most of the time there’s no live fire, she [Hannah] opens the hatch and spins the drum, and I say cold gun on set,’” reveals an affidavit successfully submitted by the Santa Fe Sheriff’s Office for a new search warrant issued today (read the search warrant here).

“David advised when Hannah showed him the firearm before continuing rehearsal, he could only remember seeing three rounds,” the filing adds, noting the interaction that afternoon last week between the First AD and armorer Hannah Gutierrez.

And then…

“He advised he should have checked all of them, but didn’t, and couldn’t recall if she spun the drum,” the affidavit bluntly states of the crew member who has emerged at the core of this tragedy.

No charges have yet to be filed in response to the incident, but prosecutors have made it very clear that they haven’t ruled it out.
