Hollywood Producer Quotes Communist Manifesto In Oscars Speech, Obama Praises Filmmakers
Brad Pitt won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in Quentin Tarantino’s “Once Upon A Time In Hollywood,” a film that has been given far too much praise if you ask me, personally.
Pitt got political during his acceptance speech, slamming the Trump administration. However, he wasn’t the only Hollywood liberal to say something silly. From Daily Wire:
The first Netflix film produced by former President Obama and Michelle Obama‘s production company won an award on Sunday during the Oscars and, while accepting the award, the filmmakers recited Karl Marx’s Communist manifesto.
[…]
The term “workers of the world unite,” comes directly from the communist manifesto and was widely noticed by media critics.

Obama’s tweet:
Congrats to Julia and Steven, the filmmakers behind American Factory, for telling such a complex, moving story about the very human consequences of wrenching economic change. Glad to see two talented and downright good people take home the Oscar for Higher Ground’s first release. https://t.co/W4AZ68iWoY

Michelle too:
Congrats to Julia, Steven, and the whole crew on winning Best Documentary for #AmericanFactory, Higher Ground's first release! So glad to see their heart and honesty recognized—because the best stories are rarely tidy or perfect. But that’s where the truth so often lies. https://t.co/qtdNEw9H3f

The Communist Manifesto get a shoutout and then Netflix gets a thank-you in the same acceptance speech, the 2020s are gonna be a unique decade.

I love that most of my twitter feed thought the big game away from her speech was “go Buckeyes” not the opening line from the f***ing Communist Manifesto. https://t.co/zHiHVfuoCE

The amount of applause that got is legitimately terrifying. Not much better than cheering on a Nazi salute.
No wonder Bernie has so many Hollywood supporters.

Do the Obamas also get credit for the filmmaker's quoting the Communist Manifesto in her acceptance speech? https://t.co/KtbN5VUG1m

Liberals and Democrat Socialists know that the arguments for which they fight are bunk. Yet, they keep pressing forward – often times making the point for conservatism without even knowing it.
2020 Democrat presidential candidate Bernie Sanders did just that, not long ago.
And it was gold.

Democrats: Doing everything possible to ensure America falls. Why don’t they just come out and admit it, already?
Who do they think they’re fooling, at this point?
Check out Sanders, who continues to do all he can to drive the point home.
