Hollywood Steps Up To Defend Antisemitic Democrat

Are these Hollywood actors so blinded by their “resistance” that they are willing to become antisemite-sympathizers?

There are so many different anecdotes about history and its reputation for repetition that I’ll allow you, dear reader, to fill in your own right here.

We look to the past to ensure our future, because it is a far more sturdy indicator of the way the world works than any social science of our modern age.  We see populations rise and fall, along with their governments, all in a quest for freedom and happiness.

It is when we feel shame looking back that we have to be the most cognizant.  We can’t shy away from the ugly, hateful truths of humanity.

The Holocaust is a near perfect example, although I despise the idea of situating the word “perfect” anywhere near the atrocity that I am describing.

Liberating troops in the waning days of World War II, as instructed to do so by the governments to which they took oath,  led mandatory guided tours of the Nazi concentration camps for citizens living in the areas surrounding them.  This was not a punishment, although the misery and sorrow certainly weighed upon these people in the same way that guilt does.

No, this was an opportunity for education; an opportunity to say, “don’t turn your back on your leaders for one minute”.

It was antisemitic hatred, driven by leftwing socialists, that caused the Holocaust, and today, here in America, we have liberals in our Congress who have expressed prejudice against the Jewish people.

What’s worse?  Hollywood is siding with the antisemite.

Hollywood celebrities concerned about bigotry in America made one big exception this week to defend Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) after she was accused of anti-Semitism for remarks she made about the pro-Israel American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC).

“It’s all about the Benjamins baby,” Rep. Ilhan Omar said in a social media post about GOP Rep. Kevin McCarthy defending Israel.

The deplorable diatribe was lambasted by the sane among us, but, for some reason, Hollywood just couldn’t let this discriminatory democrat face the music.

And then this, from Jewish comedian Sarah Silverman who has already apologized for a stunt in which she dressed like Adolf Hitler while appearing on Conan O’Brien’s late night talk show.

Are these Hollywood actors so blinded by their “resistance” that they are willing to become antisemite-sympathizers?

Director Spike Lee Says Some Black Americans ‘Will Drink Orange Kool-Aid’ And Vote For Trump In November

Published

Infamous director Spike Lee is no stranger to making controversial statements, particularly when it comes to the issue of race relations, a reputation he’s not only well earned, but one that he continues to establish with his latest comments about black people who vote for Donald Trump in the upcoming election. Lee calls the support of Trump by black Americans to be “drinking the orange Kool-Aid,” which one can suppose he considers to be a rather clever little combination of pop culture statements. Apparently, if you have dark skin, you aren’t allowed to think for yourself and decide who you want to vote for based on what your own political beliefs happen to be. Instead, you need to forego your identity as an individual and cast your ballot as a member of the hive mind that is the modern-day Democratic Party. And yet, conservatives are considered the racist ones? Here’s more on this from the Washington Examiner: Lee is working on a new movie about the Vietnam War that features a character who is a black Trump supporter. “My co-writer Ken Wilmott and I to put some tension in the group. These four brothers who grew up, who fought side-by-side in the Vietnam War and are coming back 40 some years later,” Lee explained. “So everybody can’t be — everybody went off after they came back from the war, so people went their different ways and … I would like to add, played by the great actor Delroy Lindo, he really makes you understand why he’s wearing that hat, and you have sympathy for him.” Well, now. That film is no doubt going to be a fair and balanced portrayal of both the Vietnam War and what black Trump supporters are really like, right? Wrong. It’s a propaganda piece. That…

‘Duck Dynasty’ Star Willie Robertson’s Home Sprayed With Bullets From Drive-By Shooting

Published

Willie Robertson, one of the star’s of “Duck Dynasty,” recently came out and stated that his family had become the victims of a drive-by shooting on Friday. Eight-to-ten shots were fired from the main road into his estate in the town of West Monroe, Louisiana. One of the bullets entered through the bedroom window of the home where his son, John Luke Robertson, lives with his wife Mary Kate and their infant child. Fortunately, no one in the home was injured by the shots that were fired. Here’s more on this from Yahoo News: “We were pretty shook up,” Robertson said in a Sunday interview with USA TODAY Network. “It looks like they were just spraying bullets across my property.” The property and houses on it are behind a fence and gate and located far off of the road. No arrests have been made. Robertson said multiple witnesses saw the truck in which the suspects were riding pass by the property at least once before firing the shots at 2:33 p.m. local time. Robertson went on to note this happened in broad daylight. According to Robertson, many members of the Robertson clan are currently living at his estate during the coronavirus outbreak, his daughter Sadie Robertson and her husband Christian among them. “Nobody was outside at the time, but everybody had been out about five minutes before,” Robertson told the media. “I had just gone to the store when it happened.” Witnesses said the vehicle involved in the shooting as a Ford F-250, white over brown in color, with big aftermarket tires and rims. The driver was described as a young, white male in his teens or early 20s. There were other individuals in the vehicle as well. Surveillance cameras captured the vehicle on video. Authorities are asking for anyone…
