HOLY SHUT-DOWN: Airports Now GROUNDING FLIGHTS on Account of DC Dysfunction

The world’s busiest airport and the NFL’s biggest game are colliding next week…but could the shutdown create a disaster for The ATL?

If the government isn’t careful, they’re going to have a full scale revolt on their hands in a matter of weeks.

And I don’t mean a cute, little protest, either.  The government shutdown has now reached a tipping point, as evidenced by the sad state of our airports.

The federal government shutdown is being blamed for flight delays at major airports in New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia due to staffing shortages at a critical air traffic control center.

Flights into LaGuardia, Newark Liberty International and Philadelphia International airports were delayed Friday morning by an average of 41 minutes, according to the FAA.
The delays are directly attributable to the partial government shutdown, said Trish Gilbert, executive vice president of the National Air Traffic Controllers Association.
“You can’t mess with a system that is so integral to the United States,” she told CNN Friday. “This is reckless, what has been going on with the shutdown.”
After only 32 days of a government shutdown, we are in this dire predicament.  These things don’t progress in a linear manner, either; the move exponentially.  They burst, they don’t boil.
In nine-days’ time we will be preparing to watch Tom Brady make a clear case that the NFL rewards cheaters in Atlanta, Georgia – home of the world’s busiest airport.  Not the country’s busiest airport…the world’s.  It has been since the year 2000.
Now, with a massive influx of fans expected to crowd the Capital of The South, one timely TSA strike or walkout by air traffic controllers over their missed paychecks could make the Big Game into the Big Statement.  Something like this would send a message to DC Swamp that We The People are still in charge.
It would also serve as a warning to the NFL that their executives’ fat-cat lifestyle isn’t guaranteed.

Nick Cannon is a comedian, actor, TV host, racist, rapper, and father to a couple of Mariah Carey’s kids. Did you catch the racist part? That one shouldn’t go overlooked. On Tuesday, the former Nickelodeon star was canned from one of his gigs for anti-white and anti-Semitic comments. From Daily Wire: “The Masked Singer” host Nick Cannon lit up the internet this past weekend when he said that white people are inferior to black people due to the lack of melanin in their skin. Speaking on an episode of “Cannon’s Class,” the television host argued that “melanated people” have a natural sense of compassion and soul that white people lack, creating jealousy and fear that causes them to act out in evil ways. Cannon said, “They had to be savages, they had to be barbaric, because they’re in these Nordic mountains, they’re in these rough environments, so they’re acting as animals. So they are the ones that are actually closer to animals, they are the ones that are actually the true savages.” WATCH: https://twitter.com/Adam4d/status/1283087941271801861?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1283087941271801861%7Ctwgr%5E&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dailywire.com%2Fnews%2Fwatch-nick-cannon-white-people-are-a-little-less-closer-to-animals-true-savages And here’s the part where Nick gets fired… ViacomCBS announced late on Tuesday evening that they had terminated their relationship with left-wing entertainer Nick Cannon after the actor made remarks that were widely deemed to be anti-Semitic on his podcast. “ViacomCBS condemns bigotry of any kind and we categorically denounce all forms of anti-Semitism,” the company said in a statement. “We have spoken with Nick Cannon about an episode of his podcast ‘Cannon’s Class’ on YouTube, which promoted hateful speech and spread anti-Semitic conspiracy theories.” Nick, Nick, Nick. Black Community Leaders Calling for Comeback of Anti-Crime Unit Due to NYC Crime Spike

Listen up, de Blasio!

You don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone. Those aren’t just great song lyrics, as the words can be applied to anything and everything a person takes for granted. Bill de Blasio and Andrew Cuomo might want to take note. Check this out, from TDW: Leaders in the black community in New York City are calling on the New York City Police Department to deal with the recent crime surge in the city by reinstating the plainclothes anti-crime unit that the department recently dismantled as anti-police sentiment exploded in wake of the death of George Floyd. Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams, a former cop, “became the second member of the African-American community to call on the NYPD to stop the violence by re-instituting the Anti-Crime Unit — undercover cops whose job was to get guns off the street,” CBS New York reported. “This, as shootings for the week went up 277%, 49 compared to 13 in 2019. The number of victims is up 253%, 60 compared to 17 in 2019.” Weren’t we told by lefties that crime would decrease if there were less police officers on the streets? Isn’t that basically what the first lady of New York City said, herself? From New York Post: Shootings are surging this week in New York City, with 28 incidents and 38 victims reported since Monday — the day the NYPD disbanded its plainclothes anti-crime unit, The Post learned on Friday. By comparison, the same week last year there were only 12 shootings for the entire week.
