Sharpton sent this tweet:

I’m in South Africa headed to the Global Citizen Festival with Congressional Black Caucus members Greg Meeks, Barbara Lee, Bobby Rush & Hank Johnson & my @MSNBC colleague Joy Reid. #GlobalCitizenFestivalSA

More from Fox News:

Five members of the Congressional Black Caucus took a $60,000 trip to see Beyoncé and other stars perform in concert in South Africa late last year, according to congressional disclosure records.

The lawmakers were U.S. Reps. Gregory Meeks of New York, Barbara Lee of California, Bobby Rush of Illinois, Terri Sewell of Alabama and Hank Johnson of Georgia, according to the data.

They attended the “Global Citizen Mandela 100” concert from Dec. 1-3 to celebrate the centenary birth of the late Nelson Mandela and raise awareness of global poverty. In addition to Beyoncé, other musical acts included her husband Jay Z, Ed Sheeran, Pharrell Williams and Chris Martin.

Sharpton has made a lot of money over the decades. He decided to pocket another $531,000 by selling the rights to his life story.

Nothing wrong with that, right?

Here’s the thing.

He sold the rights to his own charity.

Sharpton, president of National Action Network (NAN), made over $240,000 in compensation from the group in 2017 alone.

Sugin: “When I see this kind of thing, it just makes me roll my eyes because there’s so much potential for funny business.

Al, Al, Al.

It made sense that the Dems went to see Beyonce. She’s not exactly someone who preaches “America first.”

From NBC News, circa 2016:

Beyoncé’s politically charged performance at this year’s Super Bowl halftime show continues to inspire fans and detractors several days after the game has come and gone.

The pop icon performed her new song “Formation” while flanked by a squad of stunning black women clad in clothes meant to conjure up memories of the Black Panthers, which was founded 40 years ago. Prior to her performance on Sunday, the “Drunk in Love” singer released a music video for the song. It made more plain the sociopolitical content of the record, with allusions to the Black Lives Matter movement and Hurricane Katrina. In perhaps the video’s most incendiary image, Beyoncé sits atop a New Orleans police car which is eventually submerged in the water.

On Monday, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who himself has a polarizing record on police brutality issues, condemned the performance. “I thought it was really outrageous that she used it as a platform to attack police officers who are the people who protect her and protect us, and keep us alive,” he said during an appearance on Fox News. ”And what we should be doing in the African-American community, and all communities, is build up respect for police officers.” Giuliani’s broadside was followed by calls for a protest outside of the NFL’s headquarters in New York on February 16 by an anonymous critic who called Beyoncé’s performance a “race-baiting stunt.”

Justice Department Watchdog Claims To Have Evidence Comey Secretly Investigated Trump

Comey’s a total snake.

When it comes to the investigation into possible Russia collusion concerning President Trump’s 2016 campaign, there’s a lot of unanswered questions, especially when it comes to the folks who were deadset on pushing this narrative in the media and tarnishing the president’s reputation. One of those questions has to do with why former FBI Director James Comey was privately telling Trump that he was not the subject of an ongoing probe, while also refusing to say that same thing out in public. That refusal is what sparked Comey’s termination from the FBI, the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller, and the whole charge that the president obstructed justice. Well, it seems there might be an answer emerging from the shadows, thanks to a Justice Department watchdog. via Real Clear Investigations: Now an answer is emerging. Sources tell RealClearInvestigations that Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz will soon file a report with evidence indicating that Comey was misleading the president. Even as he repeatedly assured Trump that he was not a target, the former director was secretly trying to build a conspiracy case against the president, while at times acting as an investigative agent. Two U.S. officials briefed on the inspector general’s investigation of possible FBI misconduct said Comey was essentially “running a covert operation against” the president, starting with a private “defensive briefing” he gave Trump just weeks before his inauguration. They said Horowitz has examined high-level FBI text messages and other communications indicating Comey was actually conducting a “counterintelligence assessment” of Trump during that January 2017 meeting in New York. Along with the addition of notes of his meetings and the phone calls he conducted with Trump to the official FBI case file, Comey also had an agent at the White House that reported to FBI headquarters with information…

WATCH: Unearthed Clip Shows Rashida Tlaib EXPLODE On Trump, Gets Dragged Out of Event

OH…MY…GOOD…NESS!!

Then-GOP nominee Donald Trump was giving a speech. Rashida Tlaib was in attendance at the event in 2016, two years before she won her seat in Congress. She. Went. Bananas. Bonkers. Wild. Crazy. Nutso. SEE IT: https://twitter.com/DailyCaller/status/1152711615877398528?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1152711615877398528&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Filovemyfreedom.org%2Funhinged-video-emerges-of-screaming-rashida-tlaib-escorted-out-of-trump-rally-watch%2F Yeah. That’s a woman with a temperament to be in Congress, huh? Another angle: https://twitter.com/RealSaavedra/status/1153086533894672384?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1153086533894672384&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Ftherightscoop.com%2Funcovered-video-shows-a-rabid-rashida-tlaib-being-tossed-out-of-trump-rally%2F Tlaib keeps getting so much attention because she keeps saying silly things. If she’s not wearing the Palestinian flag or meeting with anti-Israel activists she’s introducing articles of impeachment against Trump. If she’s not caught on video saying “impeach that motherf*****” Trump, she’s claiming all members of her party are racist. It’s kind of never-ending with this one. Now, Tlaib is saying she’ll go on a hunger strike in order to get ICE to “shut down.” Oh, and she wants her fans to follow her lead. From Free Beacon: Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D., Mich.) urged her supporters to join her in a hunger strike to push for action to “shut down” U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), arguing the radical push to abolish ICE can’t be achieved by Congress. Tlaib, headlining a Detroit fundraiser this past weekend for the Michigan Coalition for Human Rights, complained of colleagues who are constantly “policing” what she says and lack willingness to embrace bold stands such as abolishing ICE. She called on her activist audience to join her in a hunger strike at the border. Tlaib noted, “It’s going to take movements outside the halls of Congress.” She added, “I want you all to shut them down, we can shut them down. Don’t wait for this Congress to act, shut them down.” Concluding, “I know what they’re going to say, they’ll go, ‘What do you mean Rashida?’ Well I’ll tell you. There are some people that are using hunger strike, all these…
