They shot it down time after time.

No more.

#SCOTUS will take up challenge to Trump administration’s decision to end DACA, program that allowed undocumented immigrants who came to US as children – to apply for temporary protection from being deported

The #DACA cases will be argued and decided in the court’s next term, which begins in October. The justices have repeatedly denied the administration’s requests to speed up the case, so it could be a full year before we get a ruling.

BREAKING: Supreme Court agrees to hear Trump’s bid to end Obama’s DACA program. Case likely to be decided next year in the heat of the presidential campaign.

More from Fox News:

The Trump administration in 2017 announced its plan to phase out the program, but federal courts have ruled that the phase-out could not apply retroactively and that the program should be restarted.

The White House fought back on those decisions, saying the president has broad authority over immigration enforcement policy.

DACA proponents have also argued that Trump’s planned termination of the program violates federal law requiring adequate notice-and-comment periods before certain federal rules are changed, as well as other constitutional equal protection and due process guarantees.

If Bernie Sanders becomes president and has the chance to nominate a justice to the Supreme Court, his candidates have to be pro-choice.

That’s basically what he said.

From The Hill:

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) joined other 2020 Democratic hopefuls on Sunday in pledging to only nominate Supreme Court justices that support the Roe v. Wade decision protecting abortion rights.

Bernie noted, “If you’re asking me would I ever appoint a Supreme Court justice who does not believe in defending Roe vs. Wade, who does not believe that a woman has the right to control her own body, I will never do that.

Bernie weighed in on Alabama’s new anti-abortion law, saying: “What they did in Alabama was unbelievable. The idea that women in this country should not be able to control their own bodies is beyond belief.

Once again, “Project Veritas” continues to prove that it is one of the only reliable investigative arms in the media world. They expose the truth. Now that liberals have completely infiltrated Hollywood, big tech, the mainstream media and the education system, it is imperative that “Project Veritas” remains alive and well and free to operate. James O’Keefe’s outlet has, again, exposed CNN for the anti-Trump goons they really are. Details: Minneapolis City Council Is Attempting to Defund the Police With $8 Million Cut

How ridiculous!

It takes a special kind of (insert own curse word here) to call for defunding police departments. You have to be incredibly politically challenged to think doing so is a good thing. We know, beyond any reasonable doubt, that less police presence equals higher crime rates. Fact. But that’s how the left likes to live: backward. From The Daily Wire: The Minneapolis City Council is trying again to defund the Minneapolis Police Department, after an initial effort to eliminate the city’s existing law enforcement apparatus and replace it with a “community-oriented” solution failed. Minneapolis’ CBS affiliate reports that three members of the Minneapolis City Council, all of whom supported a drastic plan to defund and disband the city’s police department following the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis police custody, are offering a “follow-up” solution that involves slashing the police budget and drastically cutting the number of MPD officers. CONTINUED: “Minneapolis City Council Member Phillipe Cunningham saw the mass protests following George Floyd’s death in late May as an imperative for something new,” the outlet reported Tuesday. “He and council colleagues Lisa Bender and Steve Fletcher have co-written a budget plan that proposes moving about $8 million out of the police department. For context, the current budget allocated nearly $200 million to MPD.” Bender is the force behind the City Council’s initial effort to defund and disband the police, and famously told interviewers, over the summer, that fears about a rising crime rate were evidence of “privilege.” Liberals need help. If they don’t get it, the entire nation will continue on a downward trajectory.
