Top GOP leader Mark Meadows of North Carolina dropped a bomb on Tuesday afternoon.

Two to three people related to Fusion GPS, which was hired by the law firm that represented Hillary Clinton, are about to be in big trouble with the Department of Justice.

Here’s the scoop…

Republican North Carolina Rep. Mark Meadows said Tuesday that House Republicans plan to submit criminal referrals to the Justice Department against two or three individuals associated with Fusion GPS, the opposition research firm that commissioned the anti-Trump Steele dossier.

Meadows noted, “I can tell you that there are two or three individuals that we believe could have potentially given false testimony to Congress. We have been looking at that, reviewing not only the Mueller report, but comparing those to transcribed interviews that might have happened in Congress.

The Republican, who is a close ally of President Donald Trump’s, declined to identify the targets of the referrals, but he indicated to moderator Bob Costa that they were related to Fusion GPS and the Steele dossier.

Meadows added, “I do have great concerns on the role, not just Fusion GPS, but those associated with it played early on, and how was that used or not used as it relates to this investigation.

Fusion GPS was hired in April 2016 by the law firm representing the Clinton campaign and DNC. From there, Fusion hired former British spy Christopher Steele to gather dirt on Donald Trump and his possible ties to Russia.

The result was a 35-page report that now appears to have contained false allegations of collusion between the Trump team and Russian government. The special counsel found no evidence of a conspiracy between Trumpworld and the Kremlin to influence the 2016 election.

This could be a pretty big deal. Stay tuned…

Whoever wrote the question that this moderator was forced to spout should be put in time-out.

Why else would anybody (literally, anybody) ask Hillary Clinton to give advice to 2020 Democrat presidential candidates on how to defeat Donald Trump?

Where’s the logic?

TOO FUNNY!

Hillary just can’t win.

If it’s not one scandal for the twice-failed presidential candidate, it’s another.

If it’s not email-related, it’s Benghazi. If it’s not Whitewater, it’s praising the prime minister of New Zealand for banning semi-automatic weapons.

It just never ends.

Seattle Police Chief Shreds City Council After Angry Activists Target Her Home

Published

The chief of police for the city of Seattle has come out hard against city council for allowing “mob rule” in the city after angry activists — the same folks who claim to be out for equality and tolerance — targeted her home over the weekend, which caused fear to spread among her neighbors. Folks, no matter what side of the issue you stand on, the fact that individuals are feeling threatened by acts of violence and rioting due to the work of these people and their unhinged behavior is totally unacceptable. Here’s more on this from The Daily Wire: “I wanted to update you on recent events, particularly those that occurred late last night,” Best wrote in a letter addressed to City Council President Lorena González and Public Safety Chair Lisa Herbold. “A residence of mine in Snohomish County was targeted by a large group of aggressive protestors late last night. My neighbors were concerned by such a large group, but they were successful in ensuring the crowd was not able to trespass or engage in other illegal behavior in the area, despite repeated attempts to do so. Currently, the local sheriff (not SPD resources) is monitoring the situation.” “I urge both of you, and the entire council, to stand up for what is right. These direct actions against elected officials, and especially civil servants like myself, are out of line with and go against every democratic principle that guides our nation,” Best continued. “Before this devolves into the new way of doing business by mob rule here in Seattle, and across the nation, elected officials like you must forcefully call for the end of these tactics.” “The events of this summer were initiated in a moment of grief and outrage over the murder of George Floyd by Minneapolis…

Ex-White House Spokesman Says Joe Biden Shouldn’t Debate President Trump

Published

on

One of the major benefits of having all of this coronavirus hoopla going on in our nation is that the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee, Joe Biden, has an excuse to avoid public appearances and making a bigger fool of himself than he already has over the last 12 months. Then again, maybe that’s why the left is fighting so hard to keep mass gatherings limited or completely banned? Perhaps, just maybe, Biden’s campaign doesn’t want the guy to be able to debate Trump publicly for fear of how much of a fool he’ll look like and out of fear that the stupid things he says will be impossible to bounce back from? If you think that sounds far-fetched, check out what a former press secretary for President Bill “let’s party hardy at Epstein Island” Clinton said about Biden debating the president. He said Biden should just not show up. Here’s more from The Daily Wire: Joe Lockhart penned an op-ed piece for CNN in which he advises the presumptive Democratic presidential candidate to ignore the three debates, which begin Sept. 29. “Whatever you do, don’t debate Trump,” Lockhart wrote last week. “Trump has made more than 20,000 misleading or false statements according to the Washington Post. It’s a fool’s errand to enter the ring with someone who can’t follow the rules or the truth. Biden will undoubtedly take heat from Republicans and the media for skipping the debates. But it’s worth the risk as trying to debate someone incapable of telling the truth is an impossible contest to win.” Yeah. Or you could just admit that your candidate has clear mental health issues going on and you’re afraid he’s going to say something incoherent or outrageous that’s going to draw a lot of attention. Just tell the truth, folks. And…
