Kavanaugh Classmates Swiftly Nullify the Effects of the Feinstein Nothing-Burger

But that hasn’t stopped a radicalized leftist mob of congressmen and women from trying every dirty trick that they can think of.

The left has been pulling out all the stops in their attempts to curb the confirmation of future Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

Mathematically, the republicans will have very little trouble getting Kavanaugh to the highest bench in the land, but that hasn’t stopped a radicalized leftist mob of congressmen and women from trying every dirty trick that they can think of.

The latest in this long line of stunts, (which previously included the heinous possibility of paid protesters), came to us from longtime democratic stalwart Dianne Feinstein, who revealed yesterday that she had forwarded a document about future Justice Kavanaugh to the FBI for investigation.  That document purported to detail an alleged case of sexual impropriety by Kavanaugh that is said to have occurred back in his school days.

Kavanaugh and those around him have now responded, swiftly nullifying the effects of the aforementioned nothing-burger.

In a statement released by the White House, Kavanaugh said: “I categorically and unequivocally deny this allegation. I did not do this back in high school or at any time.”

Kavanaugh’s statement comes after Sen. Dianne Feinstein, the top Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee, said she has notified federal investigators about information she received about the nominee but won’t disclose publicly.

The New Yorker reported the alleged incident took place at a party when Kavanaugh, now 53, was attending Georgetown Preparatory School. The woman making the allegation attended a nearby school.

The AP has not confirmed the details of the alleged incident in The New Yorker’s account.

The cavalry was soon to arrive.

Rallying to Kavanaugh’s defense, 65 women who knew him in high school issued a letter, released by Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee, saying he has “always treated women with decency and respect.”

This latest smear relays a clear message about the democratic party:  They are desperate as can be to stop the confirmation of Kavanaugh, which they view as the apocryphal harbinger of the entire party’s doom.

President Trump and Family Sue Congress Over Tax Tussle

The President is fighting back against the “resistance” democrats who subpoenaed his tax returns…but will the tactic work?

Democrats the nation over are digging in their heels after the release of the Mueller report, vowing to continue “resisting” the President no matter what, and by any means necessary. The media have done their part by continuing to divide the nation down political lines in ways that our nation hasn’t seen since The Civil War.  These cable-news cheerleaders are hoping that the nation erupts into chaos, as it will provide them with juicy, can’t-miss television to fuel their advertisers. In this continued crusade to somehow “get” the President, a number of prominent democrats are now revisiting the fight to have the President’s tax returns made public…something that Trump himself has fought nail and tooth against. Now, the Commander in Chief is taking his fight to the next level with a lawsuit. President Donald Trump and his business filed suit against Democratic House Oversight Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings on Monday to block a subpoena sent last week seeking information about the president’s finances. In the complaint filed in Washington, D.C., federal court Monday morning, Trump’s lawyers said that Democrats have “declared all-out political war” against him. “Subpoenas are their weapon of choice,” the filing states. The lawsuit comes just days after a congressional committee filed subpoenas for several years’ worth of Donald Trump’s tax returns. The President has long avoided making such records public, citing advice from his lawyers regarding ongoing federal audits of the data.

Trump 2020 Campaign Fires McGhan’s Law Firm

Turnover is nothing new for the Trump White House.

One of the key players identified in the pages of the Mueller report is Don McGhan, former counsel to the President. McGhan’s name hasn’t previously been this far into the forefront, but a revelation from within Robert Mueller’s inconclusive dissertation regarding possible obstruction of justice by the President has made him nearly a household name. McGhan’s infamy arises from a passage in the report detailing his reaction to a question by President Trump regarding possible conflicts of interest that Robert Mueller and his team may have had. After McGhan’s insubordination became public knowledge with the release of Mueller’s epic tome, President Trump’s 2020 campaign team have decided to no longer retain legal services from his firm. The Trump campaign has hired its own in-house attorney for its 2020 reelection bid — shifting future business away from Jones Day, the law firm, that has represented Trump since his first run for president. Campaign officials and advisers cast the decision to hire Nathan Groth — a former lawyer for the Republican National Committee and Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker — as a money-saving move, supported by the businessman-turned-president who loves to cut costs. Here’s the kicker… But close Trump advisers say the decision also stems from disappointment with the White House’s former top attorney and current Jones Day partner, Don McGahn, whose behavior has irked the president and some of his family members. This certainly won’t surprise many within Trump’s inner circle, as his administration has been rife with turnover during the 2+ years since the President was inaugurated.
