Left Loses Their Mind Over Non-Trans Actors Taking Transgender Roles, Glenn Close’s Response is Going to Give Them Fits

Published

on

Actress Glenn Close just gave the LGBTQ community a serious case of the blues — and probably a few ulcers too — after addressing the recent controversy of “cis-gendered” actors taking on roles as transgender characters.

If you remember, just a little while back Scarlett Johansson was bullied by the radical left for taking on the role of a trans individual to such an egregious extent that she actually dropped the role.

Close, responding to the incident, said that any actor can play any kind of character they choose.

While Close understands that transgender actors feel snubbed, she ultimately feels that producers “should have the opportunity to cast the best person.”

“Acting is a craft,” Close said. “I personally think that anyone should be able to play anyone.”

“To me that’s the real thing, that everybody could play everybody. But I understand why they are so passionate, because this hasn’t happened.”

Close, of course, speaks from personal experience being that she played a woman masquerading as a man in the 2011 film “Albert Nobbs” (for which she received an Oscar nomination). She, however, has never claimed the character was transgender, only that she dressed as a man to get ahead in 19th-century society.

The left, who are supposed to be champions of the free expression of art, are now starting to strangle the craft they helped develop thanks to their out of control obsession with political correctness.

In all honesty, the vast majority of Americans would probably be a-okay without their even being any films or television shows about this subject matter to begin with, seeing as how trans folk are an infinitesimally small portion of the overall population. After all, filmmaking is a business and if you want your business to be successful you cater to the largest portion of your customer base.

Film is a beautiful art form that is too often being utilized to spread an agenda that attempts to normalize abnormal and unhealthy lifestyles and the moviegoing public needs to work toward showing people this is completely and totally unacceptable.

Michael Moore Lashes Out At Joe Biden For Reaching Out To ‘White Racist Redneck Votes In Michigan’

Michael Moore

So it seems that, despite the fact he’ll be casting his vote for Joe Biden in November, radical leftist filmmaker — a term that should be used very loosely — Michael Moore is not exactly a big fan of the crusty, old white fellow’s election behavior. In fact, over the weekend, Biden accepted the endorsement of former Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder, a member of the GOP, a move which left Moore extremely disappointed and upset with the former vice president. Enough so that he actually scolded him for trying to get “white racist redneck votes in Michigan.” via Daily Wire: “The Biden campaign, in an effort to convince Flint voters to stay home on Nov 3 and lose Michigan again, happily announced & embraced the endorsement of former Gov. Rick Snyder — the man who poisoned Flint’s water. 10,000 children [with] permanent brain damage,” Michael Moore tweeted. “Countless dead. Shame!” “So the Biden campaign thought getting a few more White racist redneck votes in Michigan was more important than getting the Black vote in Flint?” he later added. “Better to embrace the mass-poisoning Republican ex-Governor than worry about ‘those Black people?’ Are u nuts? Apologize & retract NOW.” https://twitter.com/MMFlint/status/1302276793492221953 https://twitter.com/MMFlint/status/1302305541209894913 https://twitter.com/MMFlint/status/1302314275567009794 Ever since President Donald Trump’s rousing performance at the RNC, Moore has been warning Democrats not to get complacent. In late August, he shared a poll from Michigan that had Trump besting Biden by 2 points (47% to 45%), citing it as evidence that Democrats are not sounding the alarm enough. “Someone needs to pull the fire alarm NOW. Where are the stories about Trump gaining on Biden?” Moore said on Twitter. “Below’s a poll from Fri in Michigan. Last week Trump pulled within 4 pts of Biden. Now in one poll Trump is AHEAD of Biden in MI…

Terry Crews Comments On Racist Comments Made By Nick Cannon: I Told Ya So

Published

Actor Terry Crews is slowly, but surely, becoming a conservative hero as he continues to take the Black Lives Matter movement and the political correctness of the progressive movement, refusing to give in to the madness and hatred being spewed out on the left. Crews has stated time and again that he’s not going to hate on white people, which is really what’s going on beneath the veneer of social justice BLM hides behind. It’s a refreshing stance to see these days to be sure. Recently, actor and TV host Nick Cannon was booted from ViaCom after making anti-Semitic and anti-white comments during a radio show. Crews has now responded to those comments and he couldn’t be more right. via The Daily Wire: “We have to include this white voice, this Hispanic voice, this Asian voice. We have to include it RIGHT NOW, because if we don’t […] it’s going to slip into something we are really not prepared for,” Crews posted, quoting himself. “Terry Crews ‘THE TALK interview’ June 16th, 2020,’” he added. https://twitter.com/terrycrews/status/1283280895403864064 In reaction to Crews’ pointed tweet, one Twitter user told the actor “no black person” will have his back: “You going so hard against Nick Cannon, but when you fall, NO BLACK PERSON will have your back. Watch.” “When I was young, I was never afraid of the KKK,” Crews responded. “It was people like you. The threats, the intimidation, discouraging free thought, and ‘the insult of acting white.’ My heart breaks because your behavior only reveals you don’t know how powerful you are.” https://twitter.com/terrycrews/status/1283293611208183808 Just to give you a little context for how dedicated Crews is to his position and how much wisdom and truth this man has, one of his tweets from the month of June says, “Defeating White Supremacy without White people…
