Liberals Make Unconscionable Threat Against Brett Kavanaugh

I’m no mathematician….. but this doesn’t add up.

Perhaps being a sore loser runs in the family on the left side of the aisle.

For years now, we have been inundated with a general sense of malaise from the democrats, who are still hungover from the 2016 election, figuratively speaking.  Their anger over the loss of Hillary Clinton during that contest has turned to rage in the late stages of 2018, with every shred of “resistance” rhetoric being hurled at whoever today’s conservative punching bag is.

Brett Kavanaugh and Susan Collins come to mind this week.

Now, in a telegraphed bit of impending nonsense, the democrats are claiming that if they take control of Congress in 2018, (big “if”), they will proceed to attempt to remove Brett Kavanaugh from the Supreme Court through yet another investigation into 36 year old claims of sexual harassment.

House Democrats will open an investigation into accusations of sexual misconduct and perjury against Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh if they win control of the House in November, Representative Jerrold Nadler, the New York Democrat in line to be the chairman of the Judiciary Committee, said on Friday.

Speaking on the eve of Judge Kavanaugh’s confirmation vote this weekend, Mr. Nadler said that there was evidence that Senate Republicans and the F.B.I. had overseen a “whitewash” investigation of the allegations and that the legitimacy of the Supreme Court was at stake. He sidestepped the issue of impeachment.

With an FBI investigation already having been completed, it will be doubtful that whichever authorities contacted by the democrats will be able to make much headway in the nearly ancient case.  Only the densest of democrats would argue with that statement, leading many to believe, logically, that their threat is nothing more than an attempt to smear Judge Kavanaugh even after having passed 6 or more background checks after a dozen years of service on one of the nation’s most prestigious courts.

Trump Prods Democrats to Begin a New Investigation…and They Aren’t Going to Like It

The President called several congressmen out by name!

With the Mueller report drama beginning to settle a bit in Washington DC, the President is offering up some rare advice for democratic leaders. Congress appears to still be working toward a better understanding of what exactly is contained within the 400+ pages of Robert Mueller’s magnum opus on Russian election interference, despite have opposition from the White House and republican lawmakers who believe the matter to have already been settled.  The President himself has even gone so far as to proclaim that “it’s done”, in exactly that stern and terse language. Yet, still, the left is pushing for not only Mueller himself to testify before Congress, but a host of other involved parties as well.  The White House has been critical of these requests, and has been openly defying them as they arise. The President is now offering a sage bit of advice to the delirious democrats, and in doing so has opened the door for the party to regain some of their lost credibility. President Trump, in between battling subpoenas and other demands from congressional committees as they ramp up their probes into his administration, on Monday urged top-ranking Democrats to shift their focus to “Crooked Hillary” and the genesis of the “phony”Russia investigation. The president even suggested House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff could boost their “credibility” by doing so. “Why are the Democrats not looking into all of the crimes committed by Crooked Hillary and the phony Russia Investigation? They would get back their credibility. Jerry Nadler, Schiff, would have a whole new future open to them. Perhaps they could even run for President!” Trump tweeted Monday morning. Nadler and Schiff have long been at odds with the President, with the former being a thorn in the side of Trump during his…

Adam Schiff Predictably Pounces on Republican’s Call for Impeachment

While the tide may be turning in Congress, Nancy Pelosi continues to stonewall her own constituents.

As the dysfunction in DC reaches dire new heights, some who were previously loyal to President Trump have taken a turn. On the left, the idea of impeachment has been around since before Donald Trump even took office.  The simple fact that he was running for President was enough to have democrats working toward some sort of “back up plan” to oust him should he win. And when he did, the entirety of the left side of the aisle went up in flames. Now after two years of Trump in the Oval Office, the democrats are still trying to remove him, or nullify the results of the 2016 election by casting fears of Russian meddling into the public realm. One of the loudest voices in this anti-Presidential fracas has been Adam Schiff, who today latched onto a surprising republican call for impeachment. Sunday on CBS’s “Face the Nation,” Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) said his House of Representatives colleague Rep. Justin Amash (R-MI) declaring President Donald Trump had engaged in “impeachable conduct” was courageous. Schiff said, “What the speaker has referred to and I have as well is can impeachment be successful in the Senate? We see no signs of that yet. I respect what Justin Amash is doing has said he showed more courage than any other Republican in the House or Senate. But what may be pushing us in the direction of impeachment in any event has less to do with Justin Amash but more the administration is engaging in a maximum obstructionism campaign.” Amash became the first prominent republican to publicly state his belief that Donald Trump has engaged in “impeachable” offenses. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has rebuked any and all talk of impeachment, furthering infuriating an already hysterical democratic base.
