Lone Star State Sticks it to White House as Border Wall Construction Starts

As metaphorical as it may sound, the truth is that one of the biggest political dividers in this country is a wall.

It would almost be poetic, if it weren’t so darn important, and the left’s unwillingness to recognize the dangers of unmitigated immigration is deplorable.  Not only do those who enter the country illegally take great and awful risks to do so, (with many not making it intact or at all), but once these would-be Americans arrive to our nation they are at a legal and cultural deficit.

Whatever our nation can do to assuage these newcomers to arrive through the safe passage of our official points of entry should be done, and that’s why Texas is restarting a border wall project that the Biden administration had previously canceled.

“Texas is the first state ever to build a border wall,” Governor Abbott began in an exclusive interview. “A lot of the border wall is being built by border wall material that there was a contract for, Texas bought it from contractors who built the wall for President Trump. We’re building the exact same wall.”

“In addition, a lot of people saw on TV a lot of these border wall components like this that were just laying on the ground, that taxpayers had paid for,” the governor added. “Biden chose not to build the wall.”

And here’s where it will burn the White House the most…

“We found a way, by going through the surplus program of the federal government where Texas would be able to obtain these border wall panels and we obtained as much as we could, until Biden found out about it,” Abbott explained. “He put a stop to Texas being able to get it. There may be some other ways that we will be able to get more.”

Texas Governor Abbott has long been in favor of constructing a wall to help funnel future Americans through the naturalization process, but this may be his single most effective moment in that pursuit thus far.
