Meghan McCain Drops Bomb on Liberal Media, Says They Hate Republicans, America

Published

on

Meghan McCain, daughter of Sen. John McCain and one of the hosts on “The View,” decided she has had enough of the lies pouring out of the liberal media, so she took some time on the show to absolutely shred them to pieces.

McCain called out left-wing news outlets for the obvious bias in their coverage and slammed them for hating Republicans, Trump supporters, and middle America.

McCain began by noting that comedienne Michelle Wolf’s off-color jokes and comments at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner only served as a “gift” to those who support President Donald Trump.

“I will say, this is a big gift to Trump supporters,” McCain began. “Seventy-seven percent of Americans — 77 — believe that the national television and newspaper media outlets report fake news, [and] 89 percent of Republicans believe that.”

Calling out CNN’s Jim Acosta by name, McCain said, “There’s already this implication when you hear people like Jim Acosta saying Trump supporters, their brains don’t, whatever the quote is, their ‘elevators don’t go to the top floor.’”

Acosta conducted a panel discussion last week with other White House correspondents and told Variety “the problem is that people around the country don’t know [Trump’s behavior is] an act.”

“They’re not in on the act and they take what he says very seriously. They take attacks from Sean Spicer and Sarah Sanders, and what they do to us on a daily basis, very seriously. They don’t have all their faculties and in some cases their elevator might not hit all floors.”

Wow. Could this man be any more condescending? Assuming that people are supporting Trump because they are stupid or crazy seems pretty unprofessional for someone who is supposed to be keeping the masses informed.

Acosta later claimed his words were being twisted up to push a narrative, but the meaning behind his statement is pretty difficult to miss or take the wrong way.

McCain went on to speak a bit more about the media during the show:

“There’s an idea that the media — especially people in D.C. — hate the Trump administration, hate Republicans, hate the people in the middle of the country,” she added. “And when you’re sitting there — and by the way, Jonathan Karl, Andrea Mitchell, Mika Brzezinski, these are not people I would certainly not call conservatives, or people in my vein — came out and criticized the [White House Correspondents’ Dinner] as well.”

Whoopi Goldberg was not too pleased with McCain’s comments saying she “took issue with you [McCain] saying that we hate the middle of the country.”

‘National Teacher Of The Year’ Makes Call For Violence Against McConnell

Published

on

A man who was named the “National Teacher of the Year” back in 2019 by the Council of Chief State School Officers recently tweeted that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s neighbors should rip a page out of the playbook the neighbor who assaulted Sen. Rand Paul and violently attack McConnell. According to Rodney Robinson this would make such an individual a “true Kentucky hero.” The neighbor who assaulted Sen. Paul left him with six broken ribs which made it necessary for doctors to remove a part of his lung. Robinson tweeted, “Who are Mitch McConnell’s neighbors? I’m just saying Rand Paul’s neighbor did what a true Kentucky hero should do. It’s your turn to step up.” https://twitter.com/KyleKashuv/status/1344435826688745474 via Daily Wire: Paul’s wife Kelly Ashby Paul issued a fiery response, tweeting, “I am so disgusted by this I have no words. The 2019 ‘National teacher of the Year’ is celebrating the violent assault on my husband that resulted in 6 broken ribs and part of his lung being removed. This hateful thug is calling for more violence on Sen McConnell.” Robinson eventually deleted the tweet and posted a response to the backlash, which he blamed on “conservative bots“: “I made a Mitch McConnell joke today and the conservative bots are real angry. It’s funny because the joke was made early today and no one said a thing until I promoted black medical awareness.” When he was awarded Teacher of the Year in 2019, the Council of Chief State School Officers said of Robinson, “He creates a positive school culture by empowering his students – many of whom have experienced trauma – to become civically minded social advocates who use their skills and voices to affect physical and policy changes at their school and in their communities,” CNN noted. Notice how after…
