Nearly Half of US States Consider Legal Action Against Biden Administration
It feels this week that the White House is bumbling just about everything that they get their hands on, and without any real hope of getting out of any of the messes that they’re currently roiling in.
Atop this nonstop pile of trouble lies Biden’s new vaccine mandate, which requires inoculations for all federal workers and for private businesses with over 100 employees. Predictably, the measure has been met with a great deal of resistance, and there are now 24 states looking to take action in opposition to the order.
Republican attorneys general (AGs) from 24 states are threatening to take legal action against President Biden’s coronavirus vaccine requirement.

“The vaccines have helped protect millions of Americans, and there are surely others who could benefit from obtaining this treatment,” the AGs write in a letter to Biden exclusively reviewed by Fox News Thursday. “But convincing those who are hesitant to do so would require you to allow room for discussion and disagreement.”
And then…
“Instead, you have offered the American people flimsy legal arguments, contradictory statements, and threatening directives. It is almost as if your goal is to sow division and distrust, rather than promote unity and the public’s health.”
The move comes amid a massive public outcry against the measure as well, which has pushed Biden’s approval polling into the toilet.
