Ocasio-Cortez Says Democrat Party Is A 'Center-Conservative Party' — Not A 'Left Party'
Of all the absolutely ridiculous thoughts that come from the lips of freshman Democrat Socialist lawmaker Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (NY), this sentence might just take the cake. Actually, it might just take the entire bakery.
It’s as if AOC literally said the sun is the moon and the moon doesn’t exist. It is that stunning and blatantly ignorant. You know, it’s almost as if AOC legitimately has no clue about what she speaks.
I wonder how liberals will feel about this. See for yourself, via Washington Examiner:
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said the Democratic Party leans to the right of the political center.
She said, “We don’t have a left party in the United States. The Democratic Party is not a left party. The Democratic Party is a center or center-conservative party.“
AOC added, “We can’t even get a floor vote on Medicare for All, not even a floor vote that gets voted down. So, this is not a left party. There are a lot of true believers that we can ‘capitalism’ our way out of poverty in the Democratic Party. If anything, that’s probably the majority.“

During a podcast interview, AOC admitted she thinks about running for POTUS “every once in a while.”
AOC spoke with Yahoo! News’ Skullduggery podcast Sunday about a variety of issues, and the conversation eventually turned to her thoughts on the 2020 election and her own sights for higher office.
AOC: “I don’t know, I really don’t know,” the freshman congresswoman said of her next steps in politics. “I think about it every once in a while but […] this is pretty hard already.“
