Omar Wants to See Trump’s Taxes ‘As Required By Law’ – There’s Just One MAJOR Problem

What doesn’t she get? It’s just comical, at this point! HAHAHA!!

It’s a day ending in “y,” therefore Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar (MN) has said something silly.

It all started with a tweet from an MSNBC analyst…

“I had zero borrowings from the estate,” Donald Trump told me back in 2004. “I give you my word.”

That wasn’t true, of course.

As Trump’s tax returns show, he was kept afloat for years by his father’s money. And he still managed to mess up things.

Enter Omar:

???? Imagine if we were able to see Trump’s most recent tax returns — as required by law.

Hmm. “As required by law,” Ilhan?

You sure about that?

Here’s the problem…

An obscure 1924 law gives the House Ways and Means Committee the power to REQUEST tax returns from the Treasury Department to review in CLOSED session. Meaning not disclosed. Separation of powers issues, can NOT force the Dept. of Treasury to hand over the president’s tax returns.

So, there you go.

There is no law that requires the president to show his tax returns.

Congressional Dems are taking a stand against Ilhan, via From Beacon:

The reelection campaign for Rep. Lucy McBath (D., Ga.) said Wednesday it rejected a $2,000 contribution sent to it by her fellow Democratic freshman congresswoman Ilhan Omar (Minn.), who has been criticized by colleagues on both sides of the aisle for anti-Semitism.

The Free Beacon first reported the $2,000 contribution given by Omar to McBath, whose campaign oddly left the contribution off its quarterly fundraising report. Pressed on the reason for its absence on Tuesday, the McBath campaign said only, “Our report is accurate,” and declined to provide further details.

McBath’s campaign admitted on Wednesday, however, that the lack of disclosure was due to a decision to reject the money from Omar, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Omar said “some people did something” on 9/11 and the mainstream media hardly batted an eye. Of course, conservatives took notice and called her out.

Ocasio-Cortez predictably came to Omar’s defense and did so by mocking Republican Rep. Dan Crenshaw (TX), war hero.

Omar noted, “CAIR was founded after 9/11 because they recognized that some people did something, and that all of us were starting to lose access to our civil liberties.

WATCH:

Crenshaw’s tweet about Omar:

First Member of Congress to ever describe terrorists who killed thousands of Americans on 9/11 as “some people who did something”.

Unbelievable.

AOC’s dastardly response:

You refuse to cosponsor the 9/11 Victim’s Compensation Fund, yet have the audacity to drum resentment towards Ilhan w/completely out-of-context quotes.

In 2018, right-wing extremists were behind almost ALL US domestic terrorist killings. Why don’t you go do something about that?

Why is Alexandria’s tweet so nutty? Well, here are a couple of reasons…

This is pretty deceptive.

The bill has *not* even been voted on in the House.

A person does *not* have to cosponsor a bill to vote in support of it.

The other day, Omar referred to White House adviser Stephen Miller, a Jew, as a “white nationalist.”

If you think that might not make sense, it’s because it doesn’t.

Her tweet:

Stephen Miller is a white nationalist. The fact that he still has influence on policy and political appointments is an outrage.

President Trump responded, sending a pair of tweets aimed right at Ilhan.

Bill O’Reilly Brilliantly Explains Why 2020 Election Doesn’t Make Much Sense (Video)

You probably won’t find a better summarization.

Bill O’Reilly may not be a perfect person. But that is to be expected, considering he’s human. That being said, the man is very intelligent and well-informed (and his Killing series is just plain awesome). On Monday, Bill explained why the 2020 presidential election seems so funky to so many millions of Americans. Did you know, as O’Reilly points out, that no president in 150 years has lost a second term when they nabbed more votes than they did the first time around? Trump earned over 10 million more votes in 2020 than he did in 2016, but somehow he’s the one who can’t keep up with the trend – despite the massive rallies, both scheduled and impromptu, all over the nation?? There’s zero chance Joe Biden outperformed President Trump to the tune of 80 million total votes. Come on, man! The GOP needs to get to the bottom of this or risk going extinct.

GOP Senator Says Biden’s Pick for OMB, Neera Tanden, Has ‘Zero Chance of Being Confirmed’

Buh bye.

It is absolutely imperative that Republicans retain control of the Senate. Both upper chamber races in Georgia have the ability to make or break the country. Loeffler and Perdue must win. If they don’t, Democrats will have the House, Senate, and, possibly, the Executive Branch. If that happens, things will change fast – and not in a good way. From The Daily Wire: On Monday, former Vice President Joe Biden announced he had selected Neera Tanden, the president of The Center for American Progress and a close friend of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, as his choice to head the White House Office of Management and Budget, eliciting criticism from both sides of the political aisle. Sen. John Cornyn, (R-TX) said Tanden “stands zero chance of being confirmed.” […] Tandem has also come under fire for her handling of sexual harassment claims at the Center for American Progress. Buzzfeed News reported in 2018 that two days after they had revealed allegations of sexual harassment and retaliation at the Center for American Progress, where Tanden served as president, Tanden “met with staff to restore confidence in the organization’s ability to handle the issue and ensure that employees feel safe. But during the meeting Wednesday afternoon, Tanden named the anonymous victim at the center that story — a revelation that a CAP spokesperson said was unintentional — and what began as a tense meeting became what three staffers in the room described as a textbook example of the organization’s failures to appropriately handle sexual harassment cases.” Check out some of these tweets… https://twitter.com/GarrettVentry/status/1333250823531470855?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1333250823531470855%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dailywire.com%2Fnews%2Fso-much-for-unity-tom-cotton-rips-bidens-picks-to-staff-administration https://twitter.com/neeratanden/status/802605607081615360?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E802605607081615360%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dailywire.com%2Fnews%2Fso-much-for-unity-tom-cotton-rips-bidens-picks-to-staff-administration https://twitter.com/neeratanden/status/959471674528878593?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E959471674528878593%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dailywire.com%2Fnews%2Fso-much-for-unity-tom-cotton-rips-bidens-picks-to-staff-administration
