'Opening Up America' Plan Revealed By White House, Phase 1 Target Date Is May 1 (Details)
Even though President Trump wants to begin to reopen the economy on May 1, it doesn’t mean life as we know it will get back to normal in a hurry. In fact, it will still take some time.
Who really knows if things will ever be the same, similar to how the world changed after 9/11.
Here are the details of the White House’s “Opening Up America” plan, via New York Post:
WASHINGTON — President Trump on Thursday announced new guidelines for reopening states as soon as May 1 now that the coronavirus appears to be peaking, but left the decision up to each state’s governor while recommending criteria that would have to be met for each to gradually reopen.
[…]
The “Opening Up America Again” guidelines, a copy of which was obtained in advance by The Post, say states that show a downward trend in COVID-19 cases will be able to reopen their restaurants, bars, theaters, workplaces, sporting centers and gyms as soon as May 1.
[…]
Under the guidelines, states will need to demonstrate a downward trajectory of COVID-19 cases over a 14-day period and a “robust” system for testing health care workers before they can proceed to a phased opening.
WATCH:
Right now, America is suffering. The coronavirus doesn’t care which political party a person sides with.
Democrats don’t seem to understand that. When is enough enough, for them?

The president is turning to racist rhetoric to distract from his failures to take the coronavirus seriously early on, make tests widely available, and adequately prepare the country for a period of crisis.
Don't fall for it. Don't let your friends and family fall for it.
