On Thursday, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi held her weekly press conference where she announced that the House Judiciary Committee would be going forward with the drafting of articles of impeachment against President Trump.

The articles of impeachment are part of the final steps of the process before sending impeachment to the House for a full vote.

President Trump responded to the news of the articles being drafted by noting on Twitter that the kind of logic being employed by Democrats like Pelosi could potentially be used against presidents in the future.

“The Do Nothing, Radical Left Democrats have just announced that they are going to seek to Impeach me over NOTHING. They already gave up on the ridiculous Mueller ‘stuff,’ so now they hang their hats on two totally appropriate (perfect) phone calls with the Ukrainian President,” he said.

“This will mean that the beyond important and seldom used act of Impeachment will be used routinely to attack future Presidents. That is not what our Founders had in mind. The good thing is that the Republicans have NEVER been more united. We will win!” Trump added.

No specific timeline for the articles, nor what exactly they would contain were brought up during Pelosi’s press conference, but Democrats are hoping for a chance to vote on them before the House adjourns on December 20.

CNN host Don Lemon has made it clear over the last four years that he’s not at all a fan of President Donald Trump, nor does he have much love for his supporters. However, his latest rant about the president’s supporters is taking things to a whole new level of deplorable. During his program on Thursday, Lemon compared Trump’s supporters to drug addicts. Lemon’s colleague, Chris Cuomo, joined him on his program where the two attacked the president for continuing to hold political rallies during the coronavirus pandemic, going on to suggest that Trump supporters are beyond help. What kind of help do they need, Don? Please share with the class. via Fox News: “You know what the sad thing is? And I’ll be honest with you … I’ve had many people who I love in my life- and yeah I come from a red state, I’ve lived in several red states, there are a lot of friends who I’ve had to really get rid of because they are so nonsensical when it comes to this issue,” Lemon said. “They have every single talking point that they hear on state TV and that they hear from this president, they repeat it and they’re blinded by it.” “I had to get rid of them because they’re too far gone. I try and I try and I try, they say something really stupid and then I’ll show them the science and I’ll give them the information, and they still repeat those talking points,” Lemon told Cuomo. “I had to get rid of a lot of people in my life because sometimes you’ve just got to let them go. I think they have to hit rock bottom like an addict, right? And they have to want to get help, they have to want…

Dr. Anthony Fauci Claims The United States Is Hardest Hit Country By Coronavirus

Published

Dr. Anthony Fauci, the supposed top expert in the country concerning infectious diseases stated on Thursday that there’s no country on earth hit harder by the coronavirus than the United States. “America has been the worst-hit country in the world, with 8.1 million cases and over 218,000 deaths,” Fauci said. As of Thursday, the U.S. has a total of 8.9 million confirmed cases of COVID-19 with over 228, 602 confirmed deaths. via Washington Examiner: Fauci made his remarks at the West Virginia University’s Clinical and Translational Science Institute. “I feel cautiously optimistic we will have a safe vaccine, even though you can never be certain when it comes to vaccinology,” Fauci added. He also said that 40% of people with the virus are asymptomatic. On Wednesday, during an interview with National Institutes of Health Director Francis Collins, Fauci suggested that the U.S. will not return to normal until 2022. “There will be a graded, gradual progression toward normalcy” in 2022, the doctor said. The truth of the matter is, this country cannot continue to live in a permanent state of lockdown. Society will crumble if folks aren’t able to get back to life as normal. It seems the radical left is all about keeping things locked down and masks on people’s faces, which doesn’t have anything to do with keeping folks from getting sick. It has everything to do with control. And what better way to strip people of power than to make them scared and willing to trade liberty for a false sense of security? Fear makes it very easy to justify all kinds of intrusions that we’d normally never accept. People will either respond to all of this by cowering in fear, or we’ll just simply stop listening to these “professionals” and just start living. Time will tell…
