Reporter Who Broke Anti-Trump Dossier Makes Stunning Admission, & Trump Loves It

The Yahoo News reporter who first broke the anti-Trump, Christopher Steele dossier story has some big news everyone should know.

Not even this guy believes the story anymore.

From Fox News:

The salacious and unverified opposition research dossier cited by the FBI as its main justification to surveil a top Trump aide contains many claims that are “likely false,” according to the Yahoo News reporter who was among the first to break the news of the dossier’s existence.

Michael Isikoff’s statements on John Ziegler’s Free Speech Broadcasting podcast came a day before Michael Cohen adviser Lanny Davis reiterated that Cohen has never been to Prague — where, according to the dossier, he traveled to arrange a payment to Russian hackers during the 2016 presidential campaign.

Isikoff: “In broad strokes, Christopher Steele was clearly onto something, that there was a major Kremlin effort to interfere in our elections, that they were trying to help Trump’s campaign, and that there was multiple contacts between various Russian figures close to the government and various people in Trump’s campaign.

When you actually get into the details of the Steele dossier, the specific allegations, we have not seen the evidence to support them, and, in fact, there’s good grounds to think that some of the more sensational allegations will never be proven and are likely false.

Trump’s response:

Christopher Steele has some news an honest media would love to report.

Steele has now revealed that twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, along with the Democrat National Committee, paid him to help challenge the validity of the 2016 election if she lost.

Hillary and the DNC presumed Russia would’ve helped Trump, which is what they would have challenged.

Wasn’t Hillary the one who slammed Trump for saying he might contest the result of the race?

From Washington Times:

British ex-spy Christopher Steele, who wrote the Democrat-financed anti-Trump dossier, said in a court case that he was hired by a Democratic law firm in preparation for Hillary Clinton challenging the results of the 2016 presidential election.

He said the law firm Perkins Coie wanted to be in a position to contest the results based on evidence he unearthed on the Trump campaign conspiring with Moscow on election interference.

Steele wrote: “Fusion’s immediate client was law firm Perkins Coie. It engaged Fusion to obtain information necessary for Perkins Coie LLP to provide legal advice on the potential impact of Russian involvement on the legal validity of the outcome of the 2016 US Presidential election.

Based on that advice, parties such as the Democratic National Committee and HFACC Inc. (also known as ‘Hillary for America’) could consider steps they would be legally entitled to take to challenge the validity of the outcome of that election.

Businessman Donald Trump was thinking about the idea of a Trump Tower in Russia in 2015, 2016-ish.

Naturally, some paired this deal (that was never made) to Trump working with the Russians to defeat Hillary Clinton.

Conservative rock star Mark Levin, lawyer and radio host, explains the legal consequences President Trump could be facing.

Hint: sorry liberals.

People keep saying, ‘What are the legal implications for Trump?’ There are none. Zero. There’s no legal implication; there’s no legal jeopardy, period. Moreover, in all this so-called reporting and analysis by these phony experts, where did President Trump collude, coordinate, or conspire with the Russians during the election, to fix the result of the election? Where is this evidence? And since there’s not a scintilla of evidence, this should underscore the point that this entire investigation is bogus.

Shouldn’t [the media] be cheering over the fact that so far, all the leaks show that Trump did nothing? Shouldn’t they be celebrating that, that in our republic, the president that we chose is guilty of nothing? That he didn’t collaborate, he didn’t coordinate, he didn’t conspire with the Russians? But they’re not. They keep bringing in these phony experts, who are utterly predictable. ‘You know, uh, if I were Don Jr., I’d be worried about now’ — the country should be worried about now, about what’s taking place. The country should be worried.”

How many more damn times do I have to explain that it is the position of the United States Department of Justice that you cannot indict a sitting president? He’s not in any kind of legal jeopardy.

President Trump is elated now that Jeff Sessions is no longer attorney general.

The relationship between the two soured when the former AG recused himself from the Mueller/Russia probe.

Now, Trump has some words for Sessions he won’t forget anytime soon.

SPOILER ALERT: “Jeff Sessions should be ashamed of himself!”
