Republican Senator Rand Paul & Convicted Rapist Harvey Weinstein Positive for Coronavirus

Two members of the lower chamber have tested positive for coronavirus. On Sunday, it was announced that the first senator had tested positive.

Also, former film producer Harvey Weinstein caught the bug. Talk about karma.

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) has tested positive for the coronavirus, a spokesman said on Sunday, becoming the first senator known to contract the disease.

On Weinstein, via Deadline:

Harvey Weinstein has tested positive for the novel coronavirus in prision.

Just days after being transferred to the Wende Correctional Facility from NYC’s Rikers Island, the Oscar winning producer and convicted rapist is now in medical isolation, an Empire State law enforcement official confirms to Deadline.
