Stephen King's Explicit Threat: 'Train Wreck' Trump Must Be 'Removed From Office'
Author Stephen King is one of President Trump’s loudest celebrity critics.
On Christmas Eve, the horror writer wasn’t in a very jovial mood.
He wants Trump gone.
He said so himself in a not-so-subtle tweet:
Tell your legislators and friends who are Trump supporters that it's time to put partisanship aside. Trump is a train wreck, and the train he's pulling is our country. He has to be removed from office.
— Stephen King (@StephenKing) December 24, 2018
King is one of the most well-known authors in the world.
He has millions upon millions of copies of his novels in print, making him an extremely rich man.
One would think King would be better with words.
See King’s tweet about “runaway horse” Trump:
Donld Trump is a runaway horse, and we’re all on board. Vote Democratic tomorrow. Let’s put a bit in his mouth and rein him in.#VoteBlue

The problem with the tweet?
Enter conservative powerhouse Ben Shapiro:

President Trump isn’t playing around with House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).
He won’t give in to her threats, either.
45 epically embarrassed the former Speaker by threatening to take her threats of subpoena as a means of persuasion all the way to the Supreme Court.
From Washington Times:
President Trump said Thursday that House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi’s threat to weaponize committee subpoena power if Democrats win Congress is illegal and grounds for the administration to fight any subpoena all the way to the Supreme Court.
“Pelosi says she’s going to mechanize the speakership and use it as a great negotiation with the president. That’s an illegal statement,” Mr. Trump said in an exclusive interview with The Washington Times.
The president remained optimistic about Republicans retaining their House majority, but he fumed about Mrs. Pelosi’s subpoena threat should her party prevail in the midterm elections Tuesday.
He said the threat begged a lengthy court battle.
According to Pelosi, all Republicans are “despicable.”

California Democrat Congresswoman Maxine Waters echoed King’s words.
According to Waters in a not-so-subtle threat, it’s time to “get rid” of “despicable” Trump.
“We must understand that the Fed does not work for the president of the United States. The Fed creates monetary policy based on what’s good for the economy and, of course, I may disagree from time to time with their decisions but we must not interfere. They must be independent. Right now Powell is saying that they’re dealing with inflation, but they don’t work for the president. The president can’t fire them. All that the president can do when he opens his mouth is rattle the markets. As a matter of fact, the volatility that you see in the markets is caused by the kinds of statements that this president will make causing more uncertainty.“
“I’m not surprised that the president is doing this because I’m not surprised at anything that the president may do or say. I have warned America from the beginning that this president is not worthy, he cannot be trusted, he’s a liar, He’s despicable. Any time he steps in, opens his mouth, tries to interfere with one of our agencies I’m not shocked but the American people continue to be shocked. The Republicans are intimidated and not standing by their responsibility for oversight and dealing with this president. So, yes, no, Powell does not work for him. The attorney general should not work for him, but he thinks that they all should be working for him and not for the American people. We need to get rid of this president.“
