The Democrats Next Attack on Judge Kavanaugh Revealed

Stay with us Brett. We need you on that wall!

Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh might be facing more political attacks from the left even after he is confirmed.

Brian Fallon: If Senate GOP ignores Dr. Blasey Ford and tries to muscle an attempted rapist onto the Supreme Court:

1. They will pay dearly this November.

2. Senators up in 2020 (Collins, Gardner et al) will feel intense heat for next two years.

3. Kavanaugh will not serve for life,” Fallon predicted.

TDC:

Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh might keep facing political attacks from the left if he is confirmed to the nation’s highest court.

Kavanaugh faced an onslaught of attacks from Democrats and liberal activists even before Palo Alto University professor Christine Blasey Ford accused him of drunkenly trying to force himself on her while the two were in high school. Kavanaugh denied Ford’s accusation once again in an emotional testimony Thursday.

Brian Fallon, former press secretary on Hillary Clinton’s unsuccessful 2016 presidential campaign, predicted Kavanaugh “will not serve for life” if confirmed to the Supreme Court.

Fallon leads Demand Justice, a Democratic dark money group dedicated to opposing Kavanaugh’s confirmation, and previously called for Kavanaugh to be impeached from his current position on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.

Some congressional Democrats are already pledging to investigate Kavanaugh if they retake Congress with him sitting on the Supreme Court.

Rhode Island Democratic Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, a Senate Judiciary Committee member, pledged to investigate Kavanaugh “as soon as Democrats get the gavel.”

“This is such bad practice that even if they were to ram this guy through, as soon as Democrats get gavels we’re going to want to get to the bottom of this,” Whitehouse told CNN on Sept. 20. More

Biden Approval Rating Takes Unprecedented Nosedive

But he still says he’s running again in 2024…

Published

on

Given just how unimpressive the Biden administration has been thus far, it is easy to imagine that the President’s approval rating wouldn’t be all that great, but perhaps no one could have quite predicted this.

Biden took office as a man who really didn’t appear to want to be the President.  The Democrats seemed to have railroaded him into the nomination back in 2020, believing that he was just the sort of milquetoast centrist that could wrangle some midwestern moderates away from Donald Trump.

And that part seemed to work.  The issue that arose was Biden and his team’s bitter unwillingness to address any of the issues facing our nation, and simply treading water in the White House.

This has led to a rather remarkable drop in the polls.

President Joe Biden’s approval rating is now underwater by double digits, over 10 months into his presidency, Friday’s RealClearPolitics’ average shows.

Just how bad is it?

RCP’s average of polls, which includes Rasmussen Reports, Economist/YouGov, NPR/PBS/Marist, Reuters/Ipsos, Fox News, Politico/Morning Consult, Quinnipiac, ABC News/Washington Post, Gallup, Monmouth, Federalist/Susquehanna, USA Today/Suffolk, Emerson, and CNN, currently shows Biden’s approval rating sitting at 41.6 percent. A majority, 53.1 percent disapprove of Biden’s job performance, giving him a net negative of 11.5 percent.

Every single poll listed showed Biden’s approval underwater, several by double digits. The USA Today/Suffolk survey, for instance, has Biden underwater by 21 percent, garnering an abysmal 38 percent approval rating. Similarly, Federalist/Susquehanna showed Biden -16, with 36 percent approving and 52 percent disapproving.

As Americans continue to feel the pressures of a holiday season handcuffed by inflation and other economic pressures, there is little doubt that the Biden administration’s lack of progress could continue to drive this downward spiral into further, historically bad territory.

NOT AS I DO: Biden Caught Skirting COVID Rules While Shopping in Posh Nantucket

All while the government continues to panic over the spread of the omicron variant.

For years on end, it has been rather apparent that the Democrats don’t really care for following the rules that they themselves impose, and this was no different this week, as Joe Biden has proven.

Biden, who was already catching a great deal of flak for his ultra-posh Thanksgiving holiday in Nantucket, (of all places), has now found himself at the center of yet another controversy involving the “rules for thee, but not for me” ethos of the liberal left.

President Joe Biden was spotted shopping inside a store over the weekend without wearing a mask which he has repeatedly urged Americans to wear.

The president was seen inside Murray’s Toggery Shop on the island of Nantucket Saturday with his mask around his neck and not covering his mouth despite a visible sign outside the door instructing patrons to wear a mask.

According to the White House press pool, Biden walked out of the shop at 4:45 p.m. with his mask down and drinking what appeared to be a milkshake.

And then, in a figurative thumbing of the nose to the rest of us peasants

The president ignored a question on what more needs to be done to stop the rising omicron variant as he walked down the street to another store.

The incident is just the latest example of the Democrats’ elitist attitude toward governing the people, and comes as the WHO warns of a serious threat coming from the South Africa-based variant.

Nantucket reinstated their indoor mask mandate earlier this month.
