Trump Details Nick Fuentes Dinner, Setting Record Straight
Just days ago, Donald Trump made headlines once again after a dinner party at Mar-a-Lago appeared to include some highly-offensive guests.
Dining with Trump was Kanye West, the hip-hop superstar that has recently made headlines for his recent antisemitic lurch. Joining West, and unbeknownst to Trump, was Nick Fuentes: An outright white supremacist and Holocaust denier who has made a name for himself in the industry of bigotry.
The surprise guest had the liberal media in fits, as they attempted time and again to tie Trump to the young hatemonger.
This week, Trump set the record straight regarding the situation, and made a bold statement regarding his beliefs at the same time.
Trump also reiterated the fact that he “had never heard of Nick Fuentes,” before the dinner — a point that Fuentes also recognized on his online show.
“But certainly he didn’t know I was me when I arrived at the dinner, and I didn’t mean for my statements and my whole background to sort of become a public relations problem for the president,” Fuentes said.
Trump said Fuentes’s antisemitic views “weren’t expressed” during their “very quick dinner.”
There was no mistaking the sentiment.
“I had never heard of the man — I had no idea what his views were and they weren’t expressed at the table in our very quick dinner, or it wouldn’t have been accepted,” Trump told Fox News.
Trump had earlier suggested that Kanye West had become a “seriously-troubled man” in response to the dinner they shared.
