Trump Org Probe Falls Apart as Prosecutors Jump Ship and DA Refuses to...
For months now, the mainstream media has been suggesting that the investigation into The Trump Organization was surely the largest looming threat to the ex-President out there, legally. They used this manufactured drama to hook you, keep you watching through their lucrative commercial advertising slots, and then riled you up again.
The fervor reached such a high, whining pitch, that the left side of our nation was convinced they’d be seeing The Don in handcuffs before 2024.
But, much to the dismay of the Democratic left, it appears as though ol’ Donny is slipping the trap yet again.
The two prosecutors leading the Manhattan district attorney’s investigation into the Trump Organization abruptly resigned on Wednesday, The New York Times first reported.
A spokesperson for the DA’s office confirmed the resignations to Insider, saying, “We are grateful for their service. The investigation is ongoing. We can’t comment further.”
And here is where it gets a little more interesting.
The resignations from the two prosecutors, Carey Dunne and Mark Pomerantz, reportedly came after the new district attorney, Alvin Bragg, expressed doubts about moving forward with a case against former President Donald Trump.

Donald Trump has repeatedly referred to the Manhattan investigation as a “witch hunt”.
