Trump Warns Congress: Two Can Play Investigation Game!

The democrats may be over the moon with taking back the house, but President Trump just slashed the tires on their Resistance Rover.

With the midterm elections just about over, (pending a few recounts and what have you), it is time for the political pundits to begin their assessments.

Of course, we can’t take everything that we hear via the mainstream media at its face; there will still be a great deal of spin to navigate as we sift through the clues we left for ourselves as a nation last night.   The left side of the media was cautious in their assessments, unlike Nancy Pelosi’s bold and arrogant predictions, and there are very few legitimate outlets claiming that any semblance of a “blue wave” occurred.

On the other end of the spectrum, conservative realists are just now beginning to see that some of these losses were inevitable in Trump’s uphill battle against the corporately controlled press.

Now, with the democrats openly salivating at the possibilities to stymy and annoy the Commander in Chief, Donald Trump has a stern warning for would-be nuisances:

Two can play that game.

The incoming Democratic majority in the House of Representatives has the power to open a slew of investigations into the White House and President Trump when the new Congress is seated in January, and early indications are that Democrats plan to aggressively take advantage of their new authority.

But the president fired a warning shot early Wednesday morning, declaring he would turn the tables and leverage his party’s Senate majority to investigate Democrats if they go that route.

“If the Democrats think they are going to waste Taxpayer Money investigating us at the House level, then we will likewise be forced to consider investigating them for all of the leaks of Classified Information, and much else, at the Senate level. Two can play that game!” Trump tweeted.

President Trump has long insisted that the democratic objectives during his presidency have revolved around obstruction of the Trump Agenda, and with any movement on impeachment or investigations into petty things such as tax returns, the left would merely be proving him correct.

And, at least according to the President, any such much would also doom them to exposures of their own.

As Nursing Home Deaths Ravaged New York, Cuomo Got Millions from COVID Book Deal

What a farce!

When it comes to the distrust that Americans have for their elected officials, more often than not, it’s completely justified. We elevate these folks to a level of imperviousness that spreads like wildfire, and the inches we give them becomes miles in a heartbeat.  Worse still, their bravado explodes, and soon we’re seeing our government officials completely ignore the reality of their own situation for the sake of making a buck. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is no exception. New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo made millions off of his bestselling book about leadership during the coronavirus pandemic, despite multiple ongoing investigations into how he handled deaths at nursing homes during the height of the COVID-19 outbreak. Cuomo is expected to make $5.12 million from the book deal through 2022, according to his tax returns released on Monday, obtained by FOX Business via Fox News’ Albany, New York affiliate WXXA. Net income from the book in 2020 was $1.5 million ($3.1 million before taxes and expenses). The governor had previously declined to divulge the details of his deal with Crown Publishing, but said it would be made publicly available when he released his tax returns as he does each year. The news will likely enrage New Yorkers, who’ve long felt as though Cuomo has somehow skated on the nursing home massacre that he facilitated.

Bill Gates Reportedly Took Marriage Advice from Jeffrey Epstein

It’s like taking cooking tips from Jeffrey Dahmer.

When it comes to taking advice on your love life, there are very few people in the world today who would suggest that the now-deceased child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein would be a valuable asset. This would be like asking Keith Richards about his tips for sobriety, or asking Joe Biden for his public speaking tricks.  Yet still, almost unbelievably, it appears as though Bill Gates was seeking out the advice of the aforementioned Epstein at times when the Microsoft founder’s marriage was going awry. Bachelor sex-offender Jeffrey Epstein gave Bill Gates advice on ending his marriage with Melinda after the Microsoft co-founder complained about her during a series of meetings at the money manager’s mansion, according to two people familiar with the situation. Gates used the gatherings at Epstein’s $77 million New York townhouse as an escape from what he told Epstein was a “toxic” marriage, a topic both men found humorous, a person who attended the meetings told The Daily Beast. The billionaire met Epstein dozens of times starting in 2011 and continuing through to 2014 mostly at the financier’s Manhattan home—a substantially higher number than has been previously reported. Their conversations took place years before Bill and Melinda Gates announced this month that they were splitting up. Apparently, this was a two-way street. Gates, in turn, encouraged Epstein to rehabilitate his image in the media following his 2008 guilty plea for soliciting a minor for prostitution, and discussed Epstein becoming involved with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The wealthy computing legend and philanthropist is having some trouble with his image of late, as his squeaky-clean, almost nerdy image has been shattered by accusations of extramarital affairs and sleazy behavior after it was announced that he and Melinda were considering a divorce.
