US Embassy Issues Startling Warning as Russian Nuke Threats Grow
The belligerence of the Kremlin has grown chaotic and bellicose in recent weeks, as Vladimir Putin begins to fully realize the dire situation that he’s in.
Russia cannot win the war in Ukraine. Their troops are simply refusing to fight. They are simply out of supplies. Their equipment is seven decades old.
And, the Ukrainians appear to have found a communal spirit in the fight. They’re inspirational while the Russians appear to be institutional in their insolence.
It appears ever more likely by the day that Putin could call up an atomic strike on Ukraine – a development that would likely prompt a harsh global response.
And, with the Kremlin’s latest conscription declaration, the US Embassy has begun issuing some serious warnings.
The U.S. Embassy in Moscow has urged all Americans in Russia to flee the nation following President Vladimir Putin’s “partial mobilization” decree last week.
“Russia may refuse to acknowledge dual nationals’ U.S. citizenship, deny their access to U.S. consular assistance, prevent their departure from Russia, and conscript dual nationals for military service,” the embassy warned Tuesday.
And then:
The embassy warned that the ability to leave Russia has already become increasingly difficult with limited commercial flights and crowded border check points.
“Those residing or traveling in Russia should depart Russia immediately while limited commercial travel options remain,” the statement released by the embassy added.
Russia has been making nuclear threats for months now, but their latest declarations seem to indicate a plan to annex parts of Ukraine and then use Ukrainian liberation operations on that soil as a pretext for a nuclear strike.
