This 4-year-old gospel-singing prodigy is the granddaughter of Karen Clark Sheard, part of the Grammy-winning Clark Sisters, but by the looks of a recent viral video of the little one, she’s well on her way to her own Grammy!

Sheard, the youngest Clark sister, caught her precious granddaughter singing and shared an amazing recording of Vicky Yohe’s “Because of Who You Are” on social media.

The post caught the attention of another musical force, Missy Elliott, who shared it with her millions of Instagram followers.

Elliott, who is producing the upcoming biopic on the Clark sisters, wrote:
“Yes lil one show the people you got that church vibrato no effects on ya vocals.”

As Elliott noted, the adorable little girl appeared to be turning the duet into a “battle” toward the end of the video, and she may just have won!

It’s no surprise that this cute little girl has such pipes. After all, it runs in the family!

Karen is definitely doing her part to help “train up” her grandchildren in worshiping the Lord! She has been featured in other videos across the internet singing praise and worship songs with her immensely talented young grandchildren.

Elliott is joined by Queen Latifah and Mary J. Blige in producing “You Brought the Sunshine,” a Lifetime TV movie about the incredible lives of the Clark Sisters. It’s scheduled to debut early next year, according to Essence.
