Is this real life?

If an injustice has occurred, especially one as egregious as rape, you’d think a person would want to press charges.

You’d also think they’d come out right away as opposed to waiting 20 years to tell their story.

Enter E. Jean Carroll, who not only says she was taken advantage of by Donald Trump, but who gives a while answer as to why she won’t press charges.

Elle magazine advice columnist E. Jean Carroll said Friday that she would not press charges against President Donald Trump for allegedly raping her in the mid-1990s because that would be “disrespectful” to immigrant women who are victimized by rape, noting that her alleged rape only lasted “three minutes.”

As reported by The Daily Wire on Friday, Carroll’s upcoming book, “What Do We Need Men For? A Modest Proposal,” details the decades-old rape accusation against Trump, which the president has since vehemently denied.

“I would find it disrespectful to the women who are down on the border who are being raped around the clock down there without any protection,” Carroll told MSNBC host Lawrence O’Donnell when asked why she wouldn’t press charges.

“Only in America.”

That’s what CNN host Chris Cuomo, brother of radically far-left New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, had to say to a rape victim after she showed her support for the Second Amendment.

Talk about bush league.

Check this out, from Daily Wire:

Cuomo’s tweet was aimed at Kim Corban, who was raped in 2006 when she was 20 years old after a man broke into her apartment and sexually assaulted her for approximately two hours. In a 2016 report, The Washington Post noted how Corban has “struggled with depression, PTSD and stress-related seizures” as a result of the attack.

Corban appeared in an ad video for the National Rifle Association (NRA) where she discussed the importance of owning firearms.

Corban responded:

Hi @ChrisCuomo. Looks like you forgot to tag me. Care to chat about this?

Reactions:

Not sure what you mean by this. “Only in America” can a rape survivor protect herself and her family against any future threat? This is bad how?

You should probably take a moment and google who Kim Corban is, Chaplinksy.

Man mocks rape survivor who protects her children with firearm… Only on CNN.

You might want explain this tweet a little better to those of us who’ve actually had to face predators in our own homes and defend ourselves without a big strong man like yourself?

More on Corban:

Additionally, she and her husband were recently the targets of an assassination plot by white supremacists up on (among other things) illegal gun charges of which her husband was the prosecutor.

NY Times Forced To Make Massive Correction On Kavanaugh Story Over Factual Omission

Shame, shame.

Published

on

Folks on the left tend to view the New York Times as a bastion of journalistic integrity, but the fact is, this couldn’t be further from the truth, especially over the last several years that Trump has been in office. The NY Times is nothing more than a propaganda machine for the Democratic Party, helping to pump up the progressive agenda and force feed it into the mushy brains of a readership who refuse to think for themselves and do due diligence to see both sides of the important issues facing our country. The latest example of this is the major correction the publication was forced to make to a story about the latest Brett Kavanaugh accusations. The reason for the correction is that the story withheld exculpatory information. via TheBlaze: The supposed bombshell story reported new allegations of sexual misconduct against Kavanaugh. According to the story, Kavanaugh once pulled down his pants at a Yale party and “friends pushed his penis into the hand of a female student.” However, the story omitted a key fact relevant to the story’s credibility: The alleged victim does not remember the incident. “An earlier version of this article, which was adapted from a forthcoming book, did not include one element of the book’s account regarding an assertion by a Yale classmate that friends of Brett Kavanaugh pushed his penis into the hand of a female student at a drunken dorm party,” the Times said in a correction. “The book reports that the female student declined to be interviewed and friends say that she does not recall the incident. That information has been added to the article.” https://twitter.com/MZHemingway/status/1173432452435644416 The correction was only made after Mollie Hemingway, writer for The Federalist, highlighted the omission of this key fact, having obtained an early copy of the…

Teacher Under Investigation After Telling Students VP Pence Should Be ‘Shot In The Head’

So much for tolerance.

Published

on

One of the things we constantly hear from the radical left is about how we all need to be tolerant of folks who are different from us, which sounds like a lovely little platitude. However, it’s not one the left actually takes and applies to real life, especially for folks who are on the right side of the political spectrum. A good case in point is the tale of a North Carolina high school teacher who is now under investigation after telling students that Vice President Mike Pence “should be shot in the head.” Doesn’t that just give you the warm and fuzzies and make you yearn for unity and harmony? via TheBlaze: The teacher — who works at Cuthbertson High School in Waxhaw — allegedly made the comment the same week Pence was in the area to campaign for Republican Dan Bishop, WJZY-TV reported. Bishop, a state senator, won a special election Tuesday for North Carolina’s congressional seat. The Union County Sheriff’s Office told WJZY it passed the information along to the Secret Service to investigate. The station referred to the teacher in question as a female but said it wasn’t naming the teacher. Parents are rightfully furious over this teacher’s statements to the students, even those who aren’t fans of Pence like Firas Obeid, who is the father of two students attending the school. “Affiliation to a specific party does not entitle us to make statement like that to anyone,” Obeid said. So what did the school district say about the incident? They released the following statement: “Union County Public Schools is aware of the allegation of inappropriate comments made by a Cuthbertson High School teacher. District administrators are taking this allegation seriously and an investigation is being conducted. This is a personnel matter and information related to…
