Yale Law Professor Accused of Grooming Potential Kavanaugh Clerks. Here’s How She’s Responding

Published

A top Yale professor is being accused by Democrats of advising students who were seeking judicial clerkships with SCOTUS nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh to look a certain way.

According to Amy Chua, these allegations are absolutely, 100 percent false.

Reports from HuffPo, The Guardian, and Above the Law, are stating that Chua told her students that it was “not an accident” that Kavanaugh’s female clerks “looked like models.”

The reports seemed to suggest that Kavanaugh, whose nomination to the Supreme Court has been halted by sexual assault allegations from high school, chose his female law clerks based on their physical appearances. (RELATED: Kavanaugh’s Confirmation In Limbo For Foreseeable Future)

“Everything that is being said about the advice I give to students applying to Brett Kavanaugh — or any judge — is outrageous, 100% false, and the exact opposite of everything I have stood for and said for the last fifteen years,” Chua said in a statement she posted Saturday on Twitter.

After the reports came out Thursday on Chua’s alleged advice, Yale Law School Dean Heather Gerken said Chua’s reported faculty misconduct is of “enormous concern.”

“I advise students, male and female, to dress professionally — not too casually — and to avoid inappropriate clothing,” Chua said. “I always try my best to be frank and transparent, and to hold students to the highest professional standard.”

Chua, a vocal supporter of Kavanaugh, wrote an op-ed in July in The Wall Street Journal titled “Kavanaugh Is a Mentor To Women.”

It seems the reports are not only targeting Chua, but her husband as well.

Jed Rubenfeld, a fellow Yale law professor, reportedly told a student that Judge Kavanaugh “hires women with a certain look.”

Again, the left is waging all out war against Kavanaugh, doing everything in their power to prevent a conservative judge from being placed in the Supreme Court?

Why?

Because they are desperate to protect the murder of the unborn. Their biggest fear is that Kavanaugh will tip the balance and allow a reversal of Roe v. Wade, thus making abortion a state issue, and making it easier to be banned.

That’s how sick and twisted the left is. They’re willing to destroy a person inside and out in order to hold on to the right to murder someone in the womb.

It’s truly deplorable.

Despite promising results for COVID-19 vaccines from pharmaceutical companies Pfizer and Moderna, Levine cited the need to ration them in three phases as a reason for extended preventative measures, according to Penn Live. Levine said, “We anticipate we’re going to be rolling this out through the winter and then into the spring and into the summer. It could take a significant amount of time to immunize everyone in Pennsylvania. I anticipate we’re going to be wearing masks well into 2021, maybe to the end of 2021.”

Not A Joke: AOC, Fauci, & Andrew Cuomo Nominated for ‘Person of the Year’ By TIME

Is this real life?

You’d think this would be an article posted by The Babylon Bee. After all, it literally makes zero sense to have AOC, Fauci, and Cuomo nominated for “person of the year.” It’s almost blasphemous, at this point. All three liberal radicals have done nothing to help their state or country – and that’s the way they like it. From New York Post: Dr. Anthony Fauci and the essential workers who have labored throughout the coronavirus pandemic are tied neck-and-neck as key nominees for Time Magazine’s “Person of the Year” award, a list on which New York’s Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez have also landed. The annual poll opened on Wednesday and pulls from reader vote submissions, as individuals are required to vote “yes” or “no” when asked whether or not a specific nominee should be chosen as the overall award winner. […] Other nominees include artists Cardi B, Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish and one-time presidential candidate, rapper Kanye West. Georgia politico Stacey Abrams, U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr’s names similarly got a nod, as well as American NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace, the NBA’s Lebron James and Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Is this real life? Would any of these people earn your vote?
